Increadible customer service
Best support of any hosting provider ive ever used. Answered 6 different support tickets to try to fix a stupid problem I created, and they did it in a very timely manner. The server's performance is good, and the Pterodactyl control panel is very advanced, but still simple to use. Not to mention their prices are unbeatable. I would recommend their VPS and Minecraft hosting to anyone.

Fallen Hosting is a great hosting site
Fallen Hosting is a great hosting site, but there are some minor things are are not really done.
I had a bad experience with fallen host when the console chaged.I didn't know what to do until I checked their tweeter.
My sugestion for the future is to make the announcements more visible to people
