Just bought a display stand from Fallwithgrace and it’s beautiful, good communication too, telling you when your order is being made and when it had been dispatched. Quick delivery too, once it was sent on its way. I’m sure I’ll be back to make another purchase.

I ordered a shelf in 2021 and it was beautiful. Arrived in a damaged box (couriers fault) and had no wall fittings. New wall fittings were sent and it’s been perfect. Have ordered a second shelf recently and was really disappointed in the look of the shelf. The colour is very yellow compared to the first one. Looks more like a pine shelf. I have reached out to them and have been told they haven’t changed the products they use but the two shelves could not be any more different. They have said the finish darkens in time but my first one is perfect and hasn’t changed at all.
I do have photos but couldn’t find anywhere to upload them on here.
I haven’t been offered a replacement or anything so I don’t really feel like anything has been resolved. If I lived closer I would take them in and show them the difference.
The shelf and craftsmanship is very beautiful I just feel very disappointed in the finish of the product and although I have had a response from the company, I do feel the customer service could be improved. I follow them on instagram and the colour of the shelf I have been sent compared to the ones shown on their reels is so different. Just really disappointed this time round and not work the £71

I have a few of their products. All have been great with fantastic quality. My cat broke my wax melt burner dish and I emailed to ask for a replacement and this was sorted very quickly and easily. Communication was great. Saving next for a house sign 🤩 great products, great company. Highly recommend.

Fall With Grace are a fantastic family run small business with fantastic high quality products. We have bought 9 items over the years, a mix of gifts for others and items for ourselves. From notepad holders, personalised shelves, treat jars and chopping boards. The quality of everything we have bought is excellent. It’s nice to see a small business doing well and also regularly interacting with its customers via social media. It just makes them more human than the big corporates that churn out products on a mass scale. These guys feel more personal. Check them out!

It’s the second time I have ordered floating wooden shelves from this company. The shelves are lovely which is why I went back to the company. However customer service has let the company down for me this time. Two weeks since my order was delivered, which was unfortunately delivered damaged, and was clearly damaged in transit. I have contacted the company via 3 different methods, their instagram account which has been very active, their website contact page and the email address in my order confirmation yet no one has contacted me. There is no telephone number to call. Having waited 3 weeks for the shelves and now another 2 weeks with one shelf damaged and still no idea when or if I may receive a replacement is a bit disheartening after how much the shelves cost. The shelves were not bubble wrapped but simply in a car board box labelled fragile that has been bumped causing a clear defect to my shelf and I have attached pictures of the shelf, the shelf next to the damaged packaging and the label of shipment off the package….
After I wrote my review on here I was promptly contacted by Katie from fall with grace as trust pilot had notified her of my review and she explained she had then searched to find my message on instagram, she apologised about the lack of contact and was unsure as to why my messages hadn’t gone through on the website. Katie promptly sent me an email with a returns label via Evri and I posted the shelf back. Within just a few days the shelf was returned back to me and its perfect.

My original order didn’t arrive .. I contacted them and a second order was sent, it arrived quickly and the quality is exceptional… am delighted

I love this company , I bought the Advent Christmas Tree this year 2025 and it was beautiful so well designed , my little boy absolutely loved moving the star each day and got so excited when it got to the top.
I would also recommend the Christmas sleigh it makes a wonderful centre piece.
