It was a satisfactory experience overall...not blown away but not upset either.
The packaging was intact but my garment could have been packaged with a bit more TLC. It seemed a tad wrinkly and while I love the bag with the button to protect the dress, I would consider a more sleek packaging system. A little extra effort goes a long way from a customer perspective.
Overall, the quality of the dress was fine but for the price, I would have wanted it to feel more high-end or at least something more special instead of basic.

Very bad costumer service. they never replied to me back. I had live chat with Angela, Sarah They are keep seeing I need to wait. I will receive all my answers by email. but I ever received anything.I just wasted my 2 days. and dress that ordered was very short ((((( veryyy Disappointed ((((( I will never order again

Beautiful but perhaps not brilliant
Really lovely products. Reason for dropping one star is that their customer service is hard to get ahold of , and that they have quoted my parcel as being about 4 times as expensive as it should be so importing to the UK meant customs fees were through the roof
Having said that beautiful company, lovely dresses, perhaps if I didn't have to pay £80 for duty fees I'll be looking forward to buying from them again
