Product good and happy with it. Took along time arriving, but everything seems delayed at moment so no real problem. Generally happy with purchase.

I wasn’t sure about how this purchase would go but I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased an air con unit and I have to say, from the payment to the delivery, it was so amazing. Great service. Emails and text to let you know about dispatch and tracking. The unit arrived very well packaged and the machine itself is very good value for money. I’m extremely happy to recommend this company and would definitely use them again for future purchases. 5 Stars ⭐️ 👍🏻

I haven’t received my item as yet! I did email support regarding tracking information but still haven’t heard from them either?! I’ll leave it another couple of days before I raise and escalate it further.

We bought a cantilever parasol in May. It was delivered on time but one of the support bolts on the stand sheared off after a few days. This meant that the parasol itself was not secure in the stand and would move around with the slightest breeze, rendering it unusable. We reported this to the company with photos. They accepted responsibility eventually and we were told in June that a replacemt part would be with us first week in July. They even offered us a small financial compensation (which I'm not sure we've yet received) for our trouble. We are now close to the end of July and there's no sign of the replacement and no further word from the company. Not impressed.

Hi. I bought the Famgizmo air conditioner and it works perfectly. Cooling my room really fast. Delivered within 2 days!! Highly recommended!!

Ordered a rug, took forever, weeks to arrive. Then wasn't as described, description says it's cotton. It's polyester. Customer service appalling. Do not buy from them unless you want to be disappointed

We purchased a sail to provide cover in our garden, unfortunately one gust of wind and the d ring broke aswell as the fabric, poor quality and would not recommend

Delivery still not arrived. Hoping I havent lost £30!

Ordered a 3mx4m sail to give myself slight play, and it came 2.7x3.6…. Joke

Lovely parasol and delivered in super quick time. Definitely recommend this supplier.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive on time for my wedding day.

Item ordered on the 5th June still waiting.....
Emailed several times received same generic email back every time. I could probably have gone and collected it quicker.wont be ordering again.

They advertise the delivery takes 3-5 days but it actually takes 10+ days. Their customer service is terrible, received a picnic blanket that has damage to the seam and is unravelling and their response is that textile thread is unavoidable. Will not be buying from this company again and recommend others don’t either.

There is a hole in the base. I have sent a video and images of this as requested via email but have not had any response despite you having taken the payment in full for the parasol.

The parasol was great, very reasonable but good quality And easy to assemble
