Order hasn’t turned up still and zero communication from them. Lost £30 and will never use again! Be warned!

RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Received a broken Air Conditioning Unit, contacted Famgizmo about it with no reply at all!!!! £300 WASTED!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Ordered a patio parasol with 4 weights for the base. The 4 base weights arrived via Hermes but no parasol. Contact was attempted via email and phone to both Famgizmo and Hermes but both have terrible customer services.....
Two days later after no reply from Famgizmo the parasol arrived via Yodel, seems very odd that two couriers would be used to deliver this item.
Seeing other reviews from this seller makes me feel thankful my order was fulfilled. Be careful when ordering...

Poor quality, terrible customer service!

Spent £240 to receive an air conditioner that was smashed and broken in transit, IT TOOK them a little while to reply to me but when they did they instantly sent me a new unit without any hesitation. Thank you!!!

We have received our weights, but still no umbrella, it’s supposed to come together!

I ordered a picnic blanket a week ago and I still haven’t been told it’s been dispatched. The sun will be gone before it arrives!
I’ll happily amend this review if they get a move on!

Bought a trampoline only half has came, contacted them by email and not heard back from them yet.. Hopefully hear as its for my sons bday and i have let them know.

I have not recieved my item. I have emailed the company and not had a reply yet. I don't usually leave bad reviews but can't contact the company any other way.

Very fast delivery. Only a few days from ordering. Item is as described and I would use this company again without hesitation.

Beautiful item, well made and delivered within a reasonable timeframe

The tablecloth we purchased was great, good quality and looks smart, but we were disappointed at how long it took for delivery after we had been notified of its despatch. Otherwise we could have given 5stars.

Hasn’t been dispatched over a week after order was placed, I have contacted but had zero response. Such a shame as I was looking forward to receiving but I will be cancelling the order and requesting a refund

Great quality product, easy to order, super fast delivery, excellent communication... a pleasure to deal with.

Their delivery system is rubbish. My Parasol and base came in two deliveries with two completely different companies two days apart. Tracking was just about impossible. They use the Shop app which requires you to allow access to your emails etc, not happy about that at all, but then even if you do the tracking side gives you just about no bloody help at all.
Communication is slow and in accurate.

Product was as described and the price was good. If you can put up with the delivery and dispatch issues then you get what you pay for, however awkward it is.
