The website has a local address and phone number. The first thing i check to see if the items are coming from overseas or the USA. Very misleading. I ordered our pajamas on 12/4. It is now 12/21 and no pajamas for our Christmas party. Tracking shows my order is sitting in customs. WTH. The website also states orders made after 12/14 maynot make it by Christmas. So, 12/4 won't make it either. I paid for express shipping also. Frustrated because now we are picking through the leftovers in the stores. This is a very deceitful company and a thief

Great store and easy to work with!
The pajamas are great quality and they were quick to respond to emails when I had questions. I was worried about shipping because my tracking number was showing different from what I was told, but the pajamas arrived when they said they would.

SCAM ALERT!
SCAM ALERT!! The quality of the pajamas are horrible, super thin, dog sizes are NOT accurate. The order takes for ever to be processed. On top of that after waiting weeks for it the order is wrong, wrong design. We called the number listed and nobody answers it, it doesn't even ring "The wireless customer you called its not available at this time, please try again later"
Then they claim that they have contacted you to resolve the issue and its a LIE! Don’t buy from this company ever!! Overpriced, quality is the worst and none existent customer service. It shouldn’t be allowed to do business in USA.

The Christmas pajamas I ordered were cute... They run a little big, but that is better than too small. I ordered 7 pairs of pajamas (over $380), and all were correct except the infant size. I ordered 3 months, and got newborn. I tried to contact customer service, but the phone number did not work. They did not reply to my texts, so I assume the number is not in service. I went ahead and ordered a larger size (6 months), and it was a different design. I want our family Christmas pajamas to match. I have tried emailing, but have not heard back. It is frustrating to spend over $400.00 and not receive what I ordered. I just want what I paid for...

Cheap quality
The quality is cheap and the lines aren’t crisp. The seams are white on black fabric from overstretching or high heat. The material feels like it has a film on it. It has a sheen. They are not what the other reviews are presenting.

My experience with Pajamas by Jenny was great. The pink Vintage Santa Pajamas are adorable! They were true to size, made with a super soft and comfortable fabric. I loved them so much I want to order two more pairs as gifts. The customer service is old time personal and attentive. A warm experience all around!!

I just placed my second order with Pajamas by Jenny! I received the first set of 3 pair of Rubber Duck pajamas a couple of weeks ago.
