Pajamas Delayed before Christmas
Pajamas didn't arrive instead it's delayed, even though we placed the order 2 weeks ahead and shipping was expressed. The Company promised to get it before Christmas; don't make promises if you can't keep them. It can ruin the mood. Probably not order here again for next Christmas and want a full refund.

We still haven't received our PJ's that…
We still haven't received our PJ's that I ordered for my daughter and her fiance' and it is Christmas eve. I ordered them 12/10 and paid for Fed Ex Fast shipping. Still no response from anyone on customer service end of your company. I have called, texted, and emailed.
He flies out the day after Christmas, and Christmas PJs after Christmas aren't what I was hoping for.
Very disappointed.

Order way ahead of time-soft and comfy
We had some shipping issues and I ordered in November to have 5 out of 7 sets arrive in time for Christmas traditions. The company was quick to respond and after several communications they offered a partial refund for all the problems. With that said- the pajamas were generous in size, super soft, super comfy and a big hit with the family. The printing colors were just as advertised. I would definitely recommend ordering but give yourself 8 full weeks in receiving to ultimate any problems.

Xmas PJs by 12/10
I ordered Xmas PJsbefore Thanksgiving, but then after Cyber Monday got an update they weren't shipped yet. I ordered before the holiday and sales to avoid the rush. Ready to cancel my order I emailed Jenny and they had me adjust my color shirt from black to white to help with processing speed and knowing I needed ours by 12/10 she moved my order to top of the list. We got them with time to spare and everyone loved them and they fit well. Will order again for sure.

Family Tradition
Christmas jammies have been a Family Tradition since my children were babies and know our grand children are enjoying the excitement on Christmas eve to open, being surprised each year and pictures in front of the tree. My son asked for matching Christmas…
My son asked for matching Christmas jammies and he loves pokemon. Finding a mixture of both was impossible. Which is how I stumbled upon pajamas by Jenny. My package arrived the quality is great for the price. We are all quite tall most stuff is too short. All the jammies have extra length in arms and legs which is awesome. I had an issue with one of my items. I emailed customer service they are already sending out a replacement. Will definitely order again. I've referred the company to all my friends and family.

Excellent quality
These shirts are wonderful - the fabric is soft and of a very nice quality, and the printing is precise and colorful. I would buy these again, and would recommend without hesitation! Everybody loved the concept and their shirt, and we had a lot of people to please.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy. Ladies large the bottoms are to small in the hips and thighs and the waist cones up to your boots. Very disappointed order 2 sets and wish I had bought dmfrom walmart at least then I could return and get a refund. Over priced and not well made

The pajamas were so cute
The pajamas were so cute! My family needed a wide range of sizes and this was one of very few places that offered the extended size that we needed. The quality of the pjs is excellent. The turn around time from placing the order to receiving them was quick, and the customer service and communication were fantastic. I received update emails at every step of the way, and follow up emails to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my order. I’ll definitely order from here again!

Terrible quality, missing part of my ordee
Editing after the fact:11/13/23 - spoke with somebody via email. I did receive the dog pajamas, they were sent separately so that part is resolved.
"Jenny" offered up a partial refund but emailed me back shortly after that theyre unable to process refunds at this time and I won't receive it until December 18th. I've literally never hears of that before but... I guess we'll see.
I received my order last night which was supposed to be 4 sets of pajamas, 2 adult, and 2 kid, and 1 set of small dog. We did not receive the dog pajamas. I spent $25 on them so im a little irritated 🙄. the material feels extremely cheap and thin for what we paid, I was expecting partially cotton/soft and comfortable to be worn. I'm also afraid to wash them because they'll probably shrink right up.
Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed. I spent quite a bit of money on these and im going to get something else. I was expecting something to come from the US, and be made with care by somebody with a small business that cares about families, and they shipped from China, with no sense of caring or family. The material sucks, im just overall extremely disappointed
