Customer service is impeccable
Customer service is impeccable! I was worried about placing an order because I was sure that it wouldn't arrive on time for the date that we needed the pajamas. After conversing with customer service, they assured me that the particular style that I wanted could be delivered based on specific background colors that were available. As recommended, we selected the color & style and our pajamas arrived on time. We are very pleased with how well and the attention to details that were provided by customer service. Additionally, the pajamas looked great and they are super comfortable. I would definitely recommend to friends & family, and look forward to placing another order again!

Amazing selections. Great customer service with fast responses. I will definitely be ordering again! I ordered 2 days after the Christmas deadline. When I realized I reached out. Customer service was so helpful. They let me choose to keep my order or cancel. They couldn't guarantee my order before Christmas but informed me there was a possibility my order would arrive before Christmas. I took the gamble and it paid off. My family Christmas pajamas arrived with two days to spare!

I have never worked with a more personable company. I asked for a special pair of pajamas for my husband and they were outstanding to work with. They did not mind numerous emails and when the preview they sent me was not what I wanted they instantly fixed it and sent another preview. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!

Best custom PJs on the market
My family absolutely loved our matching Christmas pjs, they fit great! They were super comfy, and the sizing options are excellent because as a larger couple my wife and I have trouble finding things that fit!! We can’t wait to get next year’s matching Pjs!!!

We ordered Christmas Jammie’s and received them in about 2 weeks. I received a confirmation email within 24 hours double checking the information. I had my 2 kitties faces on my set and my husband had our 2 dogs on his. They were comfortable and well made. We wore them to our family’s Christmas brunch and definitely had the most original Jammie’s there. We would absolutely order again!

Superior Customer Service!
I placed my order for our family Christmas pajamas super last minute (totally my fault) so I was worried they would not come on time. I emailed the company and received a very timely response directly from the owner. She assured me they were processing orders quickly right now to make sure deliveries come on time. When the tracking on my package updated with a delivery date that was after Christmas, she called FedEx and had them prioritize my delivery! She went above and beyond to make sure we had our pajamas to wear on Christmas morning. The pajamas looked as pictured, were true to size, and the quality is great! I will never order matching pajamas from another company again. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Very comfortable/well made
I ordered PJ’s a week before Christmas for my mom to wear on Christmas Eve and there was a standstill on shipment for a few days and it looked like they would not get here on time, so I emailed Jenny and she replied right away and was able to expedite and they arrived promptly! The PJ’s fit my mom very well and they looked amazing. She loved them and said they were very comfortable. I will definitely order again.

Somewhat sold
Originally the coupon code did not work and had to co text the help center for support. Their quick response was really impressive and the matter was resolved. I was a bit disappointed in the women’s sizing as the pants were really tight in the thighs with no flexibility. Had I know I would have purchased men’s sizes for myself as the pants fits much looser in the legs.
Overall the quality and the material was good and nice and light. I do wish the cost was a bit more affordable for a family of 5.

I ordered pajamas for Christmas 2023.
I ordered and received pajamas for our grandkids ages 20 months to nine years old. Six different sets. They are the most soft, cuddly, wonderful pajamas ever. And the kids all love them because it said they were Christmas cousins crew. They love that. I would definitely order again and this time the adults want some too.
