I'm pretty sure you know what this review is about. You have the motherf4cking footage of what ACTUALLY happened Jaheim McMillan and his friends, and you b1tches refuse to give it to us for what??!?! Horrible Products!!!

I shop at the family Dollar on 3rd Street in Harrisburg a lot almost everyday I'm in here I spent a lot of money in there when I'm on my way home from work every night I usually stop in and pick up things I may need for the next day and I'm always able to do that but tonight I made it there and it was closed and it was the time was 9:38 p.m. in the store is supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m. so they closed early I knocked on the window and they pretended like they didn't see me I'm wondering why it was closed it's never closed disappointed

This review is for store #07705 on Brownswitch Rd. in Slidell, La. The cashier and the manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. The cashier refused to put my items in a bag, and when I requested she did so, she refused again saying "most people don't want this in a bag so that's why I didn't put it in one." When I told her that I'm not most people and would like my items in a bag, she became hostile and verbally aggressive towards me. The manager came over and yelled at me not to speak to her cashier that way and then proceeded to "help me" by making me put my own items in the bag. In the process of ringing up my items, the cashier threw plastic bags at me from the other side of the register and continued to be verbally hostile towards me. It just became one big unnecessary power struggle just because the cashier didn't want to bag my items. The manager threatened to call the police on me because I was visibly angry at being verbally assaulted. I will never shop at this store again. I left so mentally and emotionally distraught that I cried on the way back to my house. I've never experienced this kind of treatment in a Family Dollar.

Store#6393 has really turned around I use to hate going in there the environment was bad the employees were terrible but I recently went back and omg amazing experience the new store manager and her team are amazing the store is packed with items the environment is great it’s neat and clean you guys did an awesome job when hiring the new store manager she’s a delightful person and makes her customers feel like family she’s a keeper and she has made me a loyal customer again

The cashier was friendly, but someone needs to be in charge of rotating foods. I bought a Hershey white almond bar single, item 034000241330 at Store #01194 in West Plains, MO at 2:18 PM on 12-09-22. Upon taking a bite of the candy bar, it was obvious the almonds were rancid. I immediately spit it out. The BB date was 07 2022.

The cashier Tina was beyond patient and helpful. Thank you for making my shopping experience a great one!

I go into the store and there 3 cashier behind the counter...one of them are working with customers, the other two sitting in chairs behind the counter like they home on the porch chatting and talking about everything else... talking and laughing out loud...there is much that's needed to be done in that store... Clearing the walkway with boxes, organizing the shelf, unpacking the boxes, sweeping the floor that is dirty and nasty, yet they sit behind the counter getting paid for doing nothing and not even giving good customer service...

Corporate has openly allowed management and the employees of the stores knowingly yes KNOWINGLY violate the Americans with disability act of 1992 considering 5heyre 1/8 miles from the social security office it's absurd they are willing to let them violate federal law to satisfy one manager that doesn't even want his job. He's falsely accused me and others 9f stealing but yet hasn't been able to prove it because it never happened the next communication 2ill b3 from a lawyer after his choice to throw me out of the store. Knowingly coming slander while still falsely accusing me of theft. If I stole from your store he better find it on camera or your sitting on a federal lawsuit and he's going to find himself in court as well. This is what y'all allow to go on? He's been there months after this happened and yet your previous management called the ambulance when I had a seizure in the store. So ya straigh5 ignorance to the disabled treating them different from other customers is NOT LEGAL QND A GIOLATION 8N KULTIPL3 FORMA OF TH3 ADA OF 1992 30 YEARA YOUR MANAGEMENT EHOULD KNOW THOWE LAWS AT THE LEAST or y'all allow verbal abuse and violating disabled personw access to your store, fee free to reach out if you desire to settle out of court or we can go for a couple hundred thousand for Corporate allowing this to continue to mistreat disabled personw 5hat have never been found guilty of the FALAE ACCUSATIONS YOUR SHADY MANAGER FALSELY PUT ON WRITING I YUESSNI5NOKAY FOR MANAGERS FALSIFY CORPORATE REPORTS TOO?

This isn't the first not the last he will do it again as long as you allow him no other employees had a problem just the two that made false assumptions accusations and slander for their lack of being able to manage the store or prevent theft. Probably should go after the people that don't have money and food stamps. Which has NEVER ÓÑCE been the case. Dollar general next door has gained months of my business because of the managements choice and false accusations what a pathetic ignorant and blatantly illegal action that y'all are allowing continue everymfingnday

It'll take a miracle for anyone I know to support 5his or any affiliated storem we go to family dollar where they don't do this.

I was at Family Dollar today and one of the managers (beronica gutierrez) was very helpful. She took time out of her busy day to help me and was very nice. She made my day a little brighter.

This morning I went to the family dollar at 22nd and Cambria st (philly) and I had to return something it was two cashiers there and they couldn't return it.Because a manger had to do it fine she had to look for the two manger's and couldn't find them . I waited for 20 min for one of them to show up and here comes both of them together. The problem I had with that is you have two cashiers that's doing everything like stocking the shelves and taking care of the customers and the manager's are not helping them and when they do have a problem they have to look for the manager's. That's very unfair to the cashiers I fill as though that all the managers should help out as well so when customers goes into the store the stuff would be on the shelves . The store was a mess a lot of stuff that should be put on the shelves for the customers .

Chestnut hill egg noodles... I bought 3-12 oz. bags of the egg noodles they all had meal worm larva in the bag. Gross me out..never again

Just got out from working the night shift so I decided to stop at family dollar on 1227 webster ave bronx NY to buy a bottle water the person in front ask me with an attitude to leave my personal bag at the front I have my food, money and other personal thing in my bag so I told them no and why... After walking in the store the manager came up to me with a rage and told me with an unprofessional attitude that I should leave the store guess what I left not shopping here anymore...I got my water at the corner store... The workers definitely don't have proper customer service it's a shame. Not every body are thief and if you treat everyone like that then you would lose customers. This happened today sep 8 at 830am

Some products are higher than walmart, they jack up prices and you're asking to clip coupons 2r3 dollars off maybe 50 cents off but you gotta buy two and they are still higher than walmart

The James st. Family Dollar in Eastwood, Syracuse, Ny. They are courteous and proficient.

I was over charged for items and went back to store and looked at the posted prices and I was over charged and I talked to the manager and she refused to do anything about it this was in Lusk WY

Family Dollar in Orlando Florida on E Colonial Road located in a strip mall next to a nail salon. Worst store I have ever been in. There was only one employee who seemed to give a crap and she was a manager named Kat. The cashier's were extremely rude and lazy. I saw another employee, couldn't get her name but she had long hair pulled up, seemed to just wander aimlessly around doing nothing. I asked for help and was ignored by said employee, the manager Kat stepped in and assisted me. She was knowledgeable and pleasant. The absolute only employee there who is. Their prices are not worth dealing with the ignorant rude employees nor all the people begging for money outside. Highly recommend you DO NOT shop there. I'm only giving two stars for the manager Kat
