Really great service, always goes the extra mile.

Well informed staff member who assisted me fully and kept me fully informed. He was thoughtful and understanding of my needs.

My wife and I were looking for a family holiday with two young children and found that every company we spoke about pretended to know how to suggest and tailor the perfect holiday but either charged the earth to do so or came up with inadequate options. However, Gary at The Family Holidays Company was not only incredibly efficient and helpful but also picked out a few fantastic options and then guided us through the pros and cons of each. Thereafter, he made the whole booking process effortless and the after booking care has been second to none!

I cannot recommend them more highly and will be using them for many years to come :-)

This is an outstanding team who provide excellent service, from recommendations based on actually having visited resorts themselves, to sorting out all the finer details of room location / type, good flight times, meal options etc. We have been using them since our children were little and they are now almost adults and at every stage they have understood what we need to make our holiday work. Special mention to Gary who puts up with my numerous questions and constant dithering with patience and grace. Incidentally, whenever I have checked against other agents and hotels direct, the holidays they find are always competitively priced. Give them a try!

What a great team who made things so easy as we looked for a honeymoon destination that would also be fun for our four year old. Once again, outstanding service from The Family Holidays Company. We have booked through them for 10 years now, and have received friendly, helpful and courteous advice, prompt service and a great choice of resorts every time.

I’ve used this firm a few times. Good knowledge of some fantastic hotels, plus practical advice on getting the best deals (without spending hours trawling websites yourself). Post booking confirmations and help on things like car parking or kids club booking all make life easier.

Gary was really like a dog with a bone since the first moment I’ve called to enquire.
He didn’t stop until he found a deal I liked, even though I was about to book with someone else.

Have had excellent service so far. Holiday booked and advice given by both the people I have spoken to . Have replied by email when they have said they would and went the extra mile to make sure that the deal I wanted I got. Would certainly recommend. As it is the first time I have actually had to book a holiday in my 74years , they have been so helpful.

Excellent service - Karen clearly understood our needs and everything she suggested was on target (compared to other agents we've tried). It was easier/quicker to then make our final choice. She answered all of our questions and was happy to keep creating options as we fine tuned on dates etc. - nothing was too much trouble. The FHC saved me a lot of time searching and I am confident our holiday will be everything we are looking for.
