We have only booked our holiday so far but this has been a breeze. Stacey has been very happy to help, recommend and has changed our booking lots of times to make sure it is right for our family. very happy so far with The Family Holiday Company.

Our agent, Gary is brilliant!
He helped us with every aspect, providing us with destinations options that matched our budget and criterias and, once we made our choice, he handled all arrangements from flights to transfer to seats booking!
Haven’t travelled yet but so far, everything is great and the communication goes smoothly!

We have been using this travel company ever since the kids came along and never really looked back. The service is friendly, staff available for a quick chat or speedy response by email. There is a good choice of locations and hotels/resorts. The website changed a couple years back and there is not as much information as before, but you can ask the team any specific questions.

We have been using Gary and Lisa for years. Their service is impeccable and because they know us well their recommendations are always spot on. We don’t and won’t use anyone else to organise our trips both as a family, trips as a couple and also they’ve done a marrakech hen do for us!

Despite making several itinerary changes, including dates and location, Karen remained bright, cheery and professional throughout. This is our third time booking with The Family Holidays Company because they can always find what our family wants.

Really knowledgeable team with first hand experience of the resorts. I don’t think we have been disappointed with any of their recommendations in the last 8 years. They have also gone above and beyond to answer questions we have had and help secure the rooms/flights needed.

I’m only not giving 5 stars as we haven’t had our holiday yet but our experience so far has been excellent. Gary got back to me very quickly after my initial enquiry, listened to what we were looking for and came back that day with some options and prices. We went back and forward to get the right holiday for us and it was all done in a very friendly and efficient manner. I am confident that everything will be sorted for our honeymoon trip with 1 year old (!) later this year and am grateful that this company took the stress out of trying to sort everything while looking after a little one! I will be recommending FHC to other parents.

The itinerary is always quickly confirmed and booking process is easy and efficient.
