Worst quality ever experienced, terrible service
I don’t often leave reviews, but this sofa purchase was such a disaster I had to say something. It’s hands-down one of the biggest regrets I’ve ever had as a buyer.
Let’s start with the quality—or lack of it. We barely used the sofa, just two of us lounging lightly now and then, and within months, it was crumbling. Three separate parts gave out, which is absurd for something that cost this much. It feels like a slap in the face.
Then there’s the delivery nightmare. We ordered it expecting to cozy up our new place, but weeks dragged by with no sofa, no updates, nothing. We were stuck in an empty apartment, waiting on a ghost shipment. When it finally showed up, we thought the worst was over. Nope.
We sent one broken piece back for repair, hoping for a quick fix. That was three months ago. No part, no tracking info, no timeline—just radio silence. Customer service? A total dead end. No responses, no apologies, no effort to make it right.
I’m baffled how this company gets any praise. Either we got the worst luck imaginable, or something’s seriously off. If I could turn back time, I’d run far away from this purchase. Shoddy product, endless delays, and zero support. Save yourself the headache and steer clear.
