Great website! bought a cool shirt and it arrived on time and has great quality. No complaints whatsoever. My mom called me a loser when she saw the shirt and she´s probably right but I´m an adult with my own job and money now so what does she know.

For me this is a good website! I’m glad I found this website cause it had one of my favorite characters and I’m glad that I checked this website out, I didn’t have any issues with my order which is a good thing.

Terrible quality fabric for their hoodies. They will not return the product if you are not satisfied with the product. Will never order from them again and will tell everyone that will listen.

Everything was ok,Shipping was fast und the customer Service was really nice. The only thing to keep in mind is the size of the cloths, as an european i had to order 3 Sizes bigger than usuall. Exept that all Trustworthy would by again.

I placed an order Nov 30 and received it on the Dec 20,so it took about 3 weeks which is not as bad as I thought considering some of the awful reviews. The quality seems ok by just looking at it( have't washed it yet), it does look like the photo. However my major issue is the sizing. It looks nice and oversize in the photos, and I also checked the measurement before ordering( XL) to make sure it looked like the photo. What I received was smaller than their Size S ( in the chart!) And the jacket doesn't even have any size indicated( I wonder if it's a size unique)...SO disappointed that I won't be able to wear it as I wanted to be. I will not order again from this website.

IAfter I have placed my order and paid via Ideal. I did not receive an order confirmation.
The Ideal payment had been debited but not received by fandomion, they said.I tryd to get an aswer from the company but the only answer that i get came across as "i dont care" and "see how you get your money back".
After many emails and chats iam stil waiting for my money.

I wanted to give my boyfriend a sweatshirt of the office for our anniversary because we loved this series and I take one for me too. We were both happy about it. I waited a little long but it arrived on time👍🏻

A nice selection, but double check sizes as I noticed they ran a bit on the smaller size for me.

Do not order from this site, it’s a massive scam. My order took weeks to arrive and is shocking quality and the sizing is way out. We measured against the size guide prior to ordering but was pointless as it’s over 8 inches smaller across all areas. After contacting customer services they refused to take any responsibility despite myself providing evidence and photos and they tried to blame it on me. Customer services were extremely rude and condescending. They miss sold me an item based on false information and are still refusing to refund me and pay for the return. I have made them aware they’re breaching my consumer rights and I’m in the process of taking it further yet they still remain unbothered. Do not purchase anything you’ll be disappointed if it even shows up.

I tried to order a sweat from their website, first I didn't received the order, and they don't want to make a refund. The in app chat is useless, the bot or the agent just sent copy/paste macros, and I haven't received any reply from the support team since the beginning of november --'

Ps: After my review, I finally managed to get in touch with their service, I will update the commentary once this issue is resolved
