This company scams you. I ordered a t-shirt with colors way off. The whites were yellow and everything else was more yellow. When I asked if i can return it, with proof of a picture and comparing it to the advertised picture, they replied that in this case they can only refund 10%. Nowhere in their (absurd) terms of service is there anything about 10% refund. In Terms of Service article 5.6 it is said a full refund is applicable for defects. Just a scam website that prefers money over customers and produces low quality products.

I ordered a hoodie from the skz merch and it is so comfy. The inside is so soft and it’s pretty warm, good for Australian winters kinda weather. It was a reasonable price, well sized, and arrived within the expected time frame.

I ordered a Darth Vader hoodie and hat online at the same time. The hat got here in less than a week, the hoodie got here in 2 weeks. When I did get it, the material was horrible, and it was a boy's large instead of a XXL like I ordered. Waste of 40 dollars.

When I inquired about a return and refund, they told me they shipped the correct item and wouldn't give it to me, even though I said they shipped the wrong size.

I ordered one of their assassin's creed hoodies. Took about two weeks for it to arrive. The hoodie looked very good and it was the correct size according to their chart but still didn't fit me as it was tight in some areas. I contacted their customer service and was basically told that if nothing was wrong from their end, then there is no return policy. If you run a clothing company, then that is a very shady way of running things when people have different bodies. When I contacted their customer service regarding the fact that is was a bad way if doing business they basically said thanks for giving us your money.
Don't buy from this website as you will most likely get scammed.
