Good clothes with affordable prices and my merchandise came in good condition

I’ve given 1 star because the T-shirt was fine but that 1 shirt cost me £30+ !!! T-shirt came fine good roomy size took 3 weeks mind you … then sweatshirt turned up 4th week , totally different size compared to T-shirt far to small and not good quality ….. I told them via email, they said I ordered small that was what I got, but measurement of garment wasn’t accurate as I checked !!
They couldn’t care less …. How many more have they ripped off …. I hope they choke on any food they buy with the money I sent them for misleading selling & shoddy goods!

Scam scam scam! stuff doesn‘t fit well, they didn‘t take it back. Unprofessional.

I have only bought a pair of shirts yet but I am very happy with it. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. The only downside is that I have not been able to track my order, but overall it's great.

I bought a Shinobu Kocho inspired cardigan and I loved it! It came at the perfect time and i do not regret my purchase whatsoever.

Same issues with other users. Too bad I bought it earlier before I was able to read this.
Bought an article of clothing that the size didn't match their chart and also the material is of cheap quality ( looks like material used for Halloween costumes).
Tried to email multiple times with no responses and when you try to chat with them, all they say is: "Please send Email"
I am trying now to get a refund from my credit company so I hope I will be like others that are stuck with the item.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Absolutely horrible. An item didn’t fit right even though I used their size charts and even sized up and they still wouldn’t let me return it even though they were in the wrong with their sizing. Do not buy from that site as if you because if the item doesn’t work out you’re still stuck with it.

The sweatshirt was just as good as I imagined and it fits perfectly. Great site to buy from. Shipping took a while but it’s understandable as to why.

Though the delivery was a little late, like a few days or a week, but I still got the package which made me happy and satisfied.

Daughter loved the sweatshirt. I just did not know it was being shipped from overseas . It took along time to be delivered is the only negative comment
