Not over fond of the actual fabric, but inexpensive, looks nice and was delivered promptly

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them. One pair arrived, and the other pair according to the tracking was shipped to California. Unfortunately, I stay in Illinois. Contacted the company it's been over a month I received one email from them stating that I may have received an incorrect tracking number, I have still yet to receive any other response or a refund or my shoes do not order from this company!

I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered a jacket from them well over 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. I received an email telling me the item had been delivered and to please provide them with a review for the quality of the item, their customer service etc... I have contacted them several times via email including their survey and have yet to hear back from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything from this company as they appear to not care about customer service or producing the service they promise. I have purchased various items on line from competing vendors and have NEVER had this issue! don’t waste your time or money with this company as chances are you might end up getting scammed. Lesson learned.

I am so thankful to get my Tshirt though i was at first disappointed for the long delay of almost 2 months ! Today the 9th i got it and i must admit that your company is Classic and unique in its selections. But i experience alot of failure to view almost all of your commodities as your online web link is encypted after one opens for just a second. Please modify it . because i need to take other selections.
Once again Im so happy with my T-shirt.

This company are a bunch of scammers.

I returned one of the items from my order dated 8th May 2019. The parcel arrived on the 26th of May. The very same day, I posted the return since the quality of the item was not satisfactory.

After being given a return address in Indonesia to which I posted the item on my own expenses,

On Sept. 10th, someone called Deasy from the support team acknowledged via e-mail the valid tracking of the parcel. Not receiving any further notice, I contacted the same Deasy on October 1st asking about the status of my refund. I received no answer.

On Nov 2nd, I contacted the Support Team again claiming my refund. Only 11 days later, on the 13th, said Deasy answered acknowledging the mistake and claiming he would "remind the team about my reimboursement". Two weeks later, today, I still have not received the refund.

This is an infraction of the company's own Return Policy as it appears in its website:

"Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days."

Think twice before buying at this company; you'll get subpar-quality clothes and don't dream of returning them and wishing for a timely return.

I find this company the worst I have ever transacted with, I spent $1200 on my first order and all the sizes sent were wrong, I’ve been pleading with them to give me a return address to no avail, they do r respond to emails, and when they reply they ask you redundant questions, promise to revert back to you but lies. I’ve had my items a month now, still waiting for a return address, disgusting and disgraceful

Don’t order shoes from this place. Total regret trying this company out. Shoes were not at all as expected.
