The garment is nowhere near comparable to what was shown in the picture. And the sizing is ridiculous ,a medium is truly a child’s size. When you email them to arrange a return, you first receive several messages telling you that you should have read everything properly and that the responsibility is not theirs. You can return the item, but only under a whole list of conditions. I definitely do not recommend this company.

I purchased a pair of cargo trousers from this awful company - I chose the 'extra' insurance of £2 so that I could return/exchange if the size didn't fit as they come from China I believe and I know the sizing isn't accurate. They didn't fit and I asked to return/exchange but they said I didn't buy the return option - the best could do after a lot of fuss was tp pay$30 to send back to China - they were not delivered from China but an address in the UK - JUST A SCAM _ DONT BUY FROM THESE

This whole company is trash. They constantly bombard you with fees when you want to exchange. I’ve been waiting so long for an exchange and they sent out the same exact size that I sent back. I paid shipping for nothing. If this doesn’t get solved ASAP I’m disputing everything. This is ridiculous and I’m never shopping here again nor is my husband and he was a huge fan. Not anymore.

They’re clearly focused on customer service and product quality. The variety of styles and sizes available made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The online buying process was quick, and the return policy gave me peace of mind. It’s clear they care about their customers’ comfort and satisfaction.

Be aware: While their items are of good quality, they do not accept returns or exchanges, for any reason. I bought a jacket and it was too large and they said they cannot accept returns. There's literally no return address or information on their site—you have to email them and they then tell you that returns are not accepted unless you paid extra for something called "Return Assurance" when you first placed the order! I've never ever heard of a company where you have to buy the right to return an item!

This company shows really good looking clothes on the website, and when you order it the thing you receive will shock you.

I ordered a very nice looking leather jacket, the thing I reveived looked like something from a costume shop, a plastic shining thin very ugly crappy looking replica. I literally received a garbage bag.

And when I wanted to return it the website asked me to prove the product I received was different from the product I ordered. (It looked NOTHING alike only the shape of it was the same) And me sending videos and photos to them and getting answered:” We have reviewed the picture you sent and can confirm that the item we shipped matches your order.“

Also if you dont finish getting a return form within 3 days from receiving the order, you can forget returning at all. Then youre just too late the policy says and you can wave to your money 👋🏻.

Hope this helps people in the future dont fall for this crap website.

Ordered a shirt that was labelled as the size I ordered but at least 2 sizes too small. I emailed them and told them I'd like to return the item. They said I couldn't because I didn't opt for the "return assurance," which I don't believe was offered. Also, it took weeks to receive this order. I think they might've sent it by boat from China.
