Fan Freakz will not allow you to return items that you are not satisfied with or that don’t fit you. They indicated that “subjective reasons” are not acceptable for returns as well as the wrong size is not an acceptable reason for returns because they provide a sizing chart.
They also have an expectation that you should pay for “return insurance” even if you may not need it.
Very much scam/con like.
I do not recommend this company nor would I ever purchase anything from Fan Freakz again.
If anyone wants this blaze I cannot return you can have it. $100 down the drain.

The service and delivery was excellent
The service and delivery was excellent. The sandals are nice but they had a thick wedge of leather that goes between the big toe and second and I wore it for two hours and had blisters for two weeks after. I have removed that piece which affects the look a bit but they are way more comfortable to wear
