Do not use this company
Do not use this company - they have no customer care and they use EVRI couriers - our shipment was dumped in a bin - fanfreakz offer no customer support and have no care for their customers at all - they ask you to get a police report in a pdf format but dont have an email address to send it to. AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Size are not accurate and they only give you 5 to 7 days to return the item, and they are not willing to pay for shipment, I was asked to return it as a regular commercial value that not exceed $7 which is a total scan. I ended up losing all my money.

Sizes are not correct. Way too expensive and stretch as long as possible to pay back. Bad service. Not recommended. I need to get 900 € back and have been waiting for my money since February. VERY BATH SERVICE. The use your money to get cheap credit true paypal. They sell expensive goods that can be bought dirt cheap on ETSY. Wrong sizes. Stretch as long as possible to give address to return. And meanwhile they use your money. Never again.

Size is misleading and they trick you with the price and later add extras to it...they don't do returns..they only lie to you and give you conditions to make sure you don't return ..I got 3 shirts and all useless now which cost me about 300 pounds..I dont advice anyone to buy from them

Measurement confusion…
I really had a hard time with the measurements of knowing which size to order. Luckily it just fits. Coat is gorgeous. Very expensive, but I understand due to the quality of the product. Can’t wait to wear it.
