***CONSUMER BEWARE!***

***CONSUMER BEWARE!***I ordered an Addison Rae phone case from Fanjoy (for my daughter) they sent me the wrong size, and then refused to fix it “due to Covid” I’m shocked, appalled, and outraged by their sheer disregard for the consumer! This was THEIR error!...they are hiding behind Covid, and REFUSING to make it right! I can’t believe this is even legal to be honest. Just beware that this company has a ZERO return/exchange policy, EVEN IF IT IS THEIR ERROR! They had the audacity to offer me a 20% code to buy the correct size (that I had originally ordered!) and even when confronted with the email stating I ordered a different size, they said all we can do is give you a coupon code!...umm, I’m not giving you more of my money!...thanks, but no thanks Fanjoy! My daughter is so so disappointed now :(

Worn Item that they say isnt damaged

They sent me an item that was clearly worn. The pilling was excessive and they say that they won't pay for me to ship it back for a refund because that is not considered damaged. Really terrible customer service. The sweatshirt took weeks to get here because it "got lost in the mail" the first time....

I received 2 out of 3 of the items…

I received 2 out of 3 of the items ordered. It’s now been 5 months and I still haven’t received the last order. I have tried tracking the order and it just says it’s being processed, with no option to cancel or check to see what’s taking so long. I tried ringing the help number but said the number was incorrect? Can anyone help?

Once again for the second time ordered…

Once again for the second time ordered something from this company after getting my Corey La Barrie Thank You shirt and absolutely loving it. This time I got the shirt from Kian Lawley's Lover collection. I ordered it yesterday and got a notification today that it was being ready to be shipped. I was having trouble finding info about my order so I emailed Fanjoy not even ten minutes later got a response with a link to track my order. Also, told me that it should come within the next week. Got text updates to track it as well. So thank you Fanjoy you have a happy customer once again. Will definitely order more stuff from you in the future.

Fanjoy return/ exchange complaint

I ordered the blue cloud hoodie and sweatpant David Dobrik merch set. Both items are too small (which is fine, it happens), but I want to exchange both. SO, fanjoy only allows one exchange per order. Not sure why? So now I have to pick which one to exchange, while paying for that shipping fee THEN return the other item and buy it again. I have to pay for the return and shipping of the new item. By the end of this, I will have paid in shipping costs, almost as much that the item costs. Not to mention that the merchandise is at a lower retail price right now then when I purchased it. Merchandise is fine... Fanjoy, not so much.

Horrible Quality. David Dobrik should be ashamed being affiliated with Fanjoy.

I ordered a hoodie and pant set of David Dobrik merch for a hefty sum of money and the quality is horrible. And, I mean horrible! I have pics but, no way to post them here. For the amount of money you spend, the quality needs to match the price. Really disappointed that David Dobrik is ok with sending his subscribers trash.

Product is poor quality and customer service appalling. My daughter spent her pocket money on an absurdly priced hoodie and pants set (avani) it arrived after nearly 4 weeks it Finally turned up on 28th May. So on the 1st August I emailed customer service as the Seam is separating and a hole is visible. They reply offering a discount if future purchases because defects only appear within 30 days in their opinion and won’t deal with. It’s probably made using cheap labour in a sweat shop. Only interested in profits not customers and fans.

Fanjoy was SO fast and SO helpful. My order was missing an item & they quickly (and I mean QUICKLY) allowed me to pick a new item of the same value since the one I ordered was now sold out. The first few items I chose ended up being sold out as well and their agent was so fast to reply with suggestions of similar items, she was consistently corresponding with me at midnight! 24 hour service is beyond convenient and helpful. Best customer service team I’ve EVER dealt with. Will be ordering again simply to support this company.

Over 2 1/2 months later...

I ordered from here back in the beginning of May. I ordered 4 items, I received two of them fairly quickly and love them. I still have not gotten the two mugs I ordered, nor an update regarding their status in over 2 1/2 months. I realize Covid has slowed things down, but this is beyond the projections their giving people. I just want the two mugs now! I’m about to move if I don’t get them soon

I bought the sweatshirt in January and…

I bought the sweatshirt in January and it's been 6 months and I still haven't received the product when I say that I need my refund the only email they have, there is no answer and every time I ask where my product is they say that it is way more because of COVID-19 there was a delay in the product. Does anyone know how to get my money back?

Addison rae cloths means rubbish

Scrap. The package come too late with the cloths all dirty and with a charge.
I bought some addison rae cloths for my daughter's birthday but it come too late and all dirty with a lot of stains. she will never wear this. a really rubbish.

Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely terrible.
Merch took ages to come, arrived with a hole in and with an excess customs charge. When I complain, they just send the same e-mail saying they are not responsible for customs charge.

AVOID

Bought a hoodie for my daughter, really poor quality, agreed to refund but had to post back to USA. Shipped back, significantly out of pocket and still no refund 5 weeks later. Terrible customer service!!!!

Had a shipping notification 9 weeks ago…

Had a shipping notification 9 weeks ago and have had no update on it since then, shipping has only said it’s in NY. Have emailed multiple times and never received a reply. Saw that they said they reply “within 24 hours always”. Yet to receive any correspondence!!!

*Internationl* I think a lot of people have to realize…

I think a lot of people have to realize that if you're ordering from overseas at this time (covid) it's definitely gonna take a while! I ordered mine quite possibly at the worst time which was when covid was happening + lockdown etc. So I just told myself to remain patient and hope that it would show. I finally got it! After around 3-4months it finally arrived to New Zealand! So just be patient if you ordered way back when chaos was happening :)

Plus - it fits amazingly, just what I expected
