This is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me. I'm absolutely destroyed. I thought the world was better then this I bought 4 pairs of pants in January got them in June its now August and still fighting for a refund. They have now upped me to a 6$ refund on a130 $ purchase. It's Chanel 8 news time I think. This was a birthday gift for me and my daughter to match in April. The pants are not even close to what they said they will be. I hate them so much. I say we flood them with multiple hate emails daily starting today. Even just a couple hundred people would drive me nuts. Any other good ideas on how to make there days as bad as possible.

If I could give “0” stars I would. This is a scamming company. They sent me the wrong item, then gave me the runaround. They offered a $3 credit and asked if anyone of my friends could use the item. I continued to ask for a full refund and I would return the product, but they refused. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Ordered masks April 26th. If there is a package coming my way it's coming by mule team because it is supposedly in Carol Stream, IL since 7/03. That is about 15 miles from my home, but I don't even know where in Carol Stream this package is located, if there really is one. Heck I'd go pick it up myself after all this time. I'm sure they shut their website down after scamming all of us. Expensive lesson learned. Not sure if it's worth reporting to the BBB or the FTC but I wish someone would go after them!

I ordered 3 pairs of pants from them on January 6th. I knew they were coming from China so I knew they would take a while. Then Covid hit. UGH. I notified them and they assured me that, (The Parcel is on the way) That was a lie. I went back and forth with them for over 5 months. I just wanted my money back, I knew they were not sending me my items. They had given me 2 tracking numbers and my items were supposedly in New York since February 10, at Customs. Then at the end of May they sent a new tracking number and low and behold my item moved to California and then got delivered in IOWA...I live in Rhode Island. I contacted them and they wanted me to check with my neighbors to see if they had my package. I wrote back that they needed to look at a map of the U.S.and they would see that I could not check with my neighbors. They then sent me a new tracking number. All this time I insisted I didn't want the items any more just my money back. The new tracking number never showed up as going any where, so I assumed it never existed. I just about gave up. They just contacted me again and said it was delivered and I should once again check with my neighbors. I e-mailed them back and told them I just want my money back as clearly they didn't send anything. I know I will not be getting anything from them and I know I am out my money. My only hope is that I can spare someone the annoyance and aggravation from going through this. Don't buy from this company....They SUCK!!!!!!

I wouldn't even give this company one star. I ordered a pair of jeans 43 days later I received the wrong pair of jeans. I have had numerous emails with this company, and they are not doing anything to rectify the situation. One email they offer a $5 gift card, another email they offer to refund my purchase price, but not the shipping, they ask me to keep the jeans as they are very popular, or maybe give them to a friend or colleague. REALLY? I want the jeans that I ordered, and at this rate, I also want my money back for everything that I have gone through with this company. If I would have read the reviews, prior to ordering the jeans, I would have saved myself a huge headache. So a recommendation to anyone looking to order from this company DO NOT ORDER FROM FANNYU, THEY WILL ONLY SCAM YOU.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
!!! BEWARE !!! My pants took months to get here and after they got here I've asked for over a month for a return label and return number. The pants are listed as 37" long. NO WHERE NEAR IT. I'm 5'9 and they are at my ankles, I wear 37's everyday and are way longer. Definitely misprinted... They refuse to make it right.

Horrible experience!!! PayPal will not do nothing about anything with this order either. I ordered these 3 pairs of jeans 3 months ago. Tried getting ahold of PayPal to cancel the order, and refund my money. Order shows up to the door yesterday, 1. They are not the same jeans, as I ordered online, 2. They do not fit my girlfriend, 3. The material is so damn cheap, washing them would bust them at the seams. 3 pairs of jeans, which cost me over $140. Lesson learned, fooled me once, never again!

I ordered 2 pair of jeans from FannyU. I received them several months later.
They are nothing like the advertisement. They offered a gift card of $5.00
and I keep the jeans. Suppose to be western rhinestone jeans. Not a rhinestone one on these sorry jeans. The material is so thin I am afraid to wear them that I might bust the ass out of them. I have sent them email after email. I told them to stop the BS and refund my money and I would pay for the shipping. I did not care if the product had to be returned to China and US Customs had to approve. Take your sorry jeans back and refund my money.They no longer answer my emails. I also contacted PayPal about these sorry people. I sent a request to Paypal asking them "how can they be associated with this company and letting them rip people off". No answer from PayPal.

Never received order. Ordered over 6 months ago. Site is now closed down. I originally thought it was American made according to the advertisement it made it seem so. I was mis-lead and did not realize I had ordered something from China until it had already processed through. I tried to cancel it right away but was unable to. Expensive lesson learned and I will never trust anything ordered from another overseas company again.

Bait and Switch scam, then they refuse to refund money. They offered a $6.00 gift card for my $80.00 order, because after I pay to ship top China it would be more cost effective for me to accept $6.00

Never got the products and now the website has closed down. Whoever these fraudsters may be, you deserve what will still come your way. Just a pity we all lost money in the process.

They advertise one item and send you something half the quantity of the item shown on the pictures. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I requested a refund (highly doubt I will get it)!!

THEY RESPOND TO YOUR REPEATED EMAILS ASKING FOR A REFUND, EVEN CHANGE YOUR SHIPPED INFORMATION STATING YOUR PACKAGE IS IN THE US. WEBSITE REPORTED MY PACKAGE IN FLORIDA SINCE 6-4-2020. 6-9-2020, THE PACKAGE IS STILL IN FLORIDA. SO DISAPPOINTING, I SPENT OVER 112$ FOR NOTHING!! ORDER FROM USA!!!!

Waited 4 months for pants. Not only are they too small for me, but my daughter who is 5 sizes smaller than me cant get them on.

They dont deserve 1 star. I ordered 4 masks on April 26th. Never got any responce. I figured it was taking longer because the Convo19. I sent email it was rejected. Im out 50 bucks. I'm also upset with Facebook and Instagram for letting these places advertise. They should check to see if there legit.

I placed an order and They took my money. They Sent a fake track order email. Was not able to track the order. I Never received the product. Theres no customer service or anyone to call or send a email.

Ordered 10 face masks at $9.56 each, and it said they shipped on April 25th, but here it is June 3rd.... Never received them and their website is gone. Their email address refuses all messages sent to them and I am absolutely livid.
I will find a way to throw the book at them and get my money back!!!!

Ordered some jeans from this company months ago tracking number they gave me is bogus. I have requested a refund 10 times and they refuse to give me my money back stating package is on the way.
