DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I Ordered with "discounts" 2 pair of "stretch pants" and one "sweatshirt". The amount changed somewhere not sure where or how...and ended up paying almost $100. I emailed them to cancel but got the runaround back and forth with them saying just keep them. They did not refund my money but instead all of a sudden a month or so later I received the items to find them extremely paper thin and way too small.They are junk! Not the pictured items. I am trying to dispute with them and Paypal now but its been a royal headache and I'm so done! Save yourself a major headache and time do not believe these are the same products! This is my first ever review...I never put one in but will start doing so.

Same problems as everyone else. I have reported them to Attorney General in Illinois. Hoping to get some results.

Ordered two pairs of jeans seven months ago. Haven’t received them yet. I email the company all the time and they always say that they are on there way. They’re not. I think they want me to forget about the $80 I invested in them. So frustrated!!

I would say this is the worse company to do business with. I ordered some mask from them haven’t received but went I checked it said they were delivered.

Buyer beware! Ordered a pair of this companies jeans with rhinestones on the pocket in early February. Received package today 5/6. Nothing of these pants is like the picture. They are by far the ugliest pair of so called jeans EVER! Not to mention 5x bigger than the extra small I ordered. Looks like something a dam rodeo clown would wear!!

Ordered pants March 7 still haven’t received them checked with post office they haven’t gotten them contacted this company and they said they r already sent then next email alaready delivered next email got said there still at there place/ b to us soon so not ok ask for money back and won’t give it back

My order took over a month and when I finally received it I didn't get what I ordered AT ALL and the company basically just tells you "oh we'll give you $5" even though it's their fault! And on top of everything their website won't allow you to post reviews so there are no honest opinions of the clothes/experience

THIEVES! DO NOT BUY FROM FANNY U! I spent over $70 with Fanny U for a pair of jeans and a pair of glittery shoes. Weeks later, I received the ugliest pair of platform tennis shoe but never the jeans or shoes that I had purchased. I contacted them and they offered to let me keep the hideous shoes and receive a $5 credit to be used for my next online purchase. Keep in mind that I spent $70+ dollars with them for items that I never received. I declined their offer numerous times while still asking for a full refund. I finally filed a complaint with PayPal. However, PayPal also bombed when they sided with Fanny U because Fanny U sent them the tracking number for the ugly shoes. I’m beyond infuriated with both Fanny U and PayPal. Beware.

They are crooks that rip you off. They never answer your complaints! And have very poor customer service! Don’t use them! There from China.

The reason it got 1 stat was because you cannot put less than 1 or NO STARS!! I fully agree with other reviewers that these "jeans" are the worst!! Cheap and Ridiculous looking! Don't waste your money! They look NOTHING LIKE THE AD! Freaking bell bottoms NOT boot cut!! You have been warned!

Their products are cheap !! I ordered a pair of jeans and they didnt send the right ones and I have sent them pictures of them and the packaging so I can send them back and get my 65.00 dollars back. And it took over two months to recived the wrong order. Also ordered two masks before the jeans and still havent recived them. I would recommend that you dont buy anything from this Company EVER !!

Ordered back in February still haven't received my order and can't track it. Can not reach the website anymore and don't get any responses. Mad at myself for being so stupid.

Could I give them less than a 1 star? They deserve a more negative number than that. I ordered a pair of jeans in February. I haven't received them yet. According to my "tracking number" they were delivered 2 days ago. I did receive some clothing in a bag with no traceable company on it but they weren't anything I ordered nor were they anything I would ever wear. I'm trying to get my money back from Paypal through a dispute but who knows. I wonder how much money this company has kept from us suckers.

If I could give a -10 star rating I would do that.
I ordered jeans from this company January 8, 2020 after many emails requesting where my order was I finally received an order 4 months later! The order was WRONG not the jeans I ordered and have had weeks of back and forth emails regarding the crappy jeans (paper thin not anywhere near what I ordered) I received. Their response of sorry please consider keeping, sorry please accept a $5 gift card for your next order! HA! next order?! I don't think so. Looking for them to send a call tag to return and get my card credited. I called my CC company and filed a dispute and hope I get results that way! I have kept every email conversation with them and if needed I will forward to the CC company as back up!

I ordered 2 pairs of Jean's on February 24th 2020 and today is april 23rd 2020 I still have not received the Jean's I bought I emailed them and still no reply I wouldnt suggest anyone buy from this company.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company is a TOTAL scam!!! I have never before been so naively duped. It has been Nearly three months after ordering a “vintage” style hoodie (based on the picture and description), along with another top and a pair of jeans. Unfortunately I did not read reviews like I normally would, and I am now facing the consequences. After placing my orders, I read reviews and IMMEDIATELY demanded that they cancel my orders. I learned the company is not (as they claim) in America OR in Canada, but rather somewhere in Asia, and to expect extremely poor quality products that don’t match the descriptions at all. The company emailed me back each time I demanded they cancel and refund me, telling me they were sure I’d love my clothes and they’d be arriving “soon.” After going back and forth with them, I had no more time to fight and simply reported them to an international consumer complaint agency. Today, 3 months after ordering, I received the two tops. The “vintage” hoodie has no hood. It’s paper thin and was literally cut with shears at the end. It is simply a piece of brown fabric stitched very poorly. The sleeves on the other top aren’t even the same length, and again, the top is NOTHING like what you’ll see. The sizes are also not as described, not that I think that matters anyway, given that these are of such poor quality that no one would wear them. SHAME ON THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! I really wish that I could upload some of the pictures I took in comparison to the ones from their website.

I bought two pairs of pants, one pair is the right size but is absolute crap! Threads hanging out everywhere, un-hemmed ages that don't look purposeful. The second pair is completely the wrong size. Now the store appears to be closed. I hate ordering on-line.

Cancelled my order 24 hours after placing order. I keep e-mailing them and playing games a month ago they said they will cancel and refund my credit card. Now they just ignore what I say and stupidly reply to emails stating they extremely busy and will get my order out after saying that they would refund me. Crooks scum of the earth company stay away from them.
