Dishonest awful people

I bought an extract fan at a great price, 14m later the over run timer failed. They replaced it, no fuss, no charge great service & thanks. I will use them again....

I have seen a few negative reviews so I thought I would tell you my experience was great.
Customer service team very helpful and items arrived well packaged and on time ( ahead of time) thanks for the great shopping experience.. i will be using you again

Purchased 3x large 120x55 trays for my greenhouse. Excellent quality , thick , sturdy and delivered bang on time. Can’t fault the items or delivery or service.
Will now look see what other items I can purchase if the price is right

The worst packaging attempt I have ever seen. Even after providing photographic evidence of the damage the company are arguing and messing around with replacements. Never again. What muppets.

Credit where credit's due. I placed an order for a heat recovery unit which arrived damaged despite being very well packaged. Fans4less were quick to respond to my email by offering for me to return the item, or replace the broken part. Overall I'm happy with my experience and couldn't have asked anymore from this company. They will certainly receive my business in the future.

Bought a few things from here and always had a positive experience.

I have bought a fan from this firm and I find them very unreasonable you never get to talk to someone and they just give you no help at all I have wasted £150- I will never buy from this firm again disgusting.

Truly terrible firm, no wonder they don't claim ownership here on Trustpilot. The large amount of poor reviews show exactly what you get from this bunch of cowboys, nothing but aggravation and pathetic excuses.
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, as they couldn't be worse than these halfwits.

Ordered a Manrose extractor fan but unfortunately it did not work when fitted. Contacted customer support who agreed to send out a replacement PCB for the fan. They sent out the wrong PCB so I had to contact them again to ask for the correct one. This was sent out a few days later and worked OK when fitted.

It was good that the problems were resolved by Fans4less but it took 3 weeks from ordering the fan to having a working unit.

Late and damaged packaging 📦, customer service lol

Ordered a MF100S Mixed Flow back draught bathroom inline fan light kit from Fans4less on the 1st May 2022. Due to a problem with Fedex not collecting the order after a quick call to Fans4less it was shipped Royal Mail and arrived 12/5/22. Very pleased with the kit as it contained everything I need and was packaged well. Fan is a Montrose inline unit which is very quiet and powerful. Overall the kit is very good value for money and I had great customer service sorting out the delivery issue. I recommend this company.

I have been buying fans from this company for several years now and have always found the staff very helpful, polite and obliging. On the odd occasion when something has gone wrong with a part, they have sent out a replacement immediately with no problem.
Whilst they are highly visible on eBay, it is generally cheaper to use their own website.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Order arrived nearly 3 weeks late from expected due date,packaged awful they just taped the duct clips on outside of box 🙄 which one obviously got damaged and bent another company off my Xmas list ,not surprised as customer don't seem to b respected these days

They list they're product with other brand names to trick the customer. Buyer beware. Anything you are buying from this company is probably not what you think it is. Yes it's slightly cheaper because it's not the product you want but a cheap rip off and intentionally ambiguous wording. Very disappointed with my experience

Used plenty of times never had a bad experience. Helpful and friendly staff always have a great selection available. Would highly recommend!
