Poor customer service

I ordered Andis clippers from here - cost £289 - the spare battery was dead, all this was under warranty, Groomers World insisted I sent back the clippers and all that was in the box which cost me £20.70 - they will not pay for the return cost as say sending them back to me that cost was covered - so yes i have a new battery but it has cost me £20. I could of just sent the battery but they insisted on everything - so this has cost me money for something that was not my fault - will never order from them again

Excellent customer service if a little slow

I ordered an Andis nail grinder, but when the parcel arrived the grinder had been removed from the box — all that was inside was the charging plug. The postage label stated the package weighed nearly 600g, yet when I weighed it myself it was only 300g. The only conclusion I can draw is that the item was packed and weighed, and then the grinder was removed before the postage label was applied.

I emailed their customer service immediately and after 3 days got a response. They apologised; explaining that the empty box I had received was due to a sample box which had been taken to Crufts being put back on the shelf by mistake. They are going to send me the missing grinder by 24hr royal mail service.

Damaged items

Ordered from here twice. Both times I’ve received damaged items that look used. They also don’t package anything properly. It just comes in a flimsy envelope. Other dog groomers I know have also had the same issues. Don’t recommend.

I’ve had a lot of hit and miss products…

I’ve had a lot of hit and miss products from this company and they are usually quick to try and sort any issues I have had especially regarding blunt new scissors . However I’ve now been ignored 3 messages in a row after not being satisfied with an exchange after returning what would be my 4th pair of poor quality scissors in a row . First 2 were blunt (have sent blunt scissors back in the past ) got sent two more and the diamonds are falling off the one pair and they are not sharp ; clunkers aren’t closing properly on first use . Now got a Royal Mail collection coming tomorrow with a note left inside requesting a refund . Shall update once I know more

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…

I ordered products from this company and also paid for next-day delivery.
I waited for over a week for items to be delivered, but they stated that I had a fraudulent delivery address and that my items had been returned to them. Instead of apologising and immediately sending my items for next-day delivery, they wouldn't send them until the courier returned them to the warehouse. So my items were held hostage, very poor customer service. I asked for management details so that I could make a detailed complaint of my experience to prevent others from having to go through the same, I'm still waiting for a response.
I have since cancelled my account and have spread my experience throughout the grooming industry.
Please don't pay for next-day delivery as a complete waste of money.

Being made out to be a liar over £15 comb

I ordered a cheap £15 comb in time for Crufts. My husband handed me the package when I woke up and it felt like nothing was in it. I was basically right, there was only a clear plastic sleeve for a comb in the packaging. So somehow the comb has went missing. I emailed twice. First with no reply. The second email I was basically told we have this video of it being packed, tough, we won't help anymore. There's no proof that's the package I received just because they packed it. Who knows what happened between the video and them putting it in the post. I emailed back telling them most my grooming equipment costs more than a £15 comb and if I was going to lie about getting an item it wouldn't be this. I expect no help back from them now I've looked at the reviews on here. Clearly a money hungry company with no empathy or help towards customers. Absolutely disgusting

Avoid buying electrical goods from this…

Avoid buying electrical goods from this company! I bought a blaster from this company under a year ago. Reported a problem straight away (the motor didn’t sound right) but was told they couldn’t diagnose over email. Understandable. I then had to send the dryer off to their repairs place as it completely cut out and wouldn’t turn on. Was then told there was nothing wrong with it so I had to pay for the service (even though it kept cutting out when ok so it was clear there was an issue). Fast forward to now, another problem, now, with the rotary knob not turning the power down. On emailing today, I have asked to send it back and either get money back or credit as the product sold to me is clearly faulty and they absolutely do not want to know. Want me to send it off AGAIN to their service centre to probably be told “there is nothing wrong with it” and I will have to pay the full cost again to fix a fault on their product. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across.

Poor customer service I've been left…

Poor customer service I've been left with faulty goods unable to return them because they have been used ONCE this is how I know they are faulty. I've been left feeling embarrassed as it felt like I was being treated like I was stupid and then left feeling threatened with more financial issues. Never again. Stuart not very helpful at all
