Got my new dog clipper the following…
Got my new dog clipper the following day after ordering them but the blade had got a few plastic bits broken in transit, so did not fit the clipper. I rang and a lovely lady put a new on in post for me. which I really appreciated. Great customer service Thank you

Product is very good but the heat…
Product is very good but the heat setting switch appears to have been put back to front. It's not a problem, just have to remember to put the switch to the low setting to get the highest heat output and vice versa!
