I recently purchased some trimmers at full price but returned them as they did not appear brand new, the packaging was damaged and the storage was covered in grease the trimmers appeared to have been used and one of the combs was damaged. The trimmers
Were returned and I requested a replacement in good faith however the same trimmers with damaged packaging and covered in dirty grease marks was returned to me and all that was replaced from the initial delivery was the broken comb. I will not purchase again from this company.

I purchased a new groomers table from…
I purchased a new groomers table from Progrooming. The service was brilliant easy and problem free at their end. However the company they use to distribute was a problem. Progroomers sent an email to say the table had been dispatched and that's where the super quick service ended. I received a call from the delivery companies depo saying we have the table however it will be another week until we can deliver it. The table that was advertised as 2-3 days delivery was going to take 10 days plus. I run a business and needed the table so my husband and his son drove out to the depot and collected a large grooming table themselves.
Not quite the service expected.
The table itself is great. Im very happy with it.
I will use progroomers again but pallet deliveries I would avoid so as not to have goods held up at my local hub.

Good product at an excellent price. Easy to order and arrived quickly and when expected.
However, the pump cover was broken/cracked, contacted Pro grooming with photo and a replacement was sent immediately with no hassle.
You can't fault that service.

Item delivered fast however arrived broken. The company wanted video of ‘it broken’ video sent. Wanted video of ‘it not working’! If it’s broken then it won’t work…..how can I video this.
They agreed as in their words to replace the broken parts as a ‘gesture of goodwill’. Really I don’t think this is goodwill it’s replacing items that are not fit for purpose in the first place

Pedigroom Everest Electric table (purple)
I orded the Pedigroom Everest Electric Grooming Table with Purple table top. I was contacted very quickly for delivery date and got updates for arrival time. Upon putting the frame together i noticed the bolt pack was missing so off went an email and they appolagised and sent the missing items out next day delivery. Fantastic service and great aftercare would highly reccomend them.
