She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and applied the student discount, making the already competitive price even better. My order arrived quickly and safely, and I was delighted to find a thoughtful surprise included – a lovely apron, which was very much appreciated. I found this website excellent. I ordered a light up dog grooming table from them recently. It came from the UK to Ireland and at a very reasonable price. I found the company very nice and straightforward to deal with, they took care of the customs for me. The order arrived promptly and I am very happy. They don't normally deliver to the Republic of Ireland but if I really wanted something, I'm sure they'd happily send it by ordering via email or phone!
Delighted with my experience with them and hopefully will buy more stuff again from them 😊

I needed to return a pair of Wahl clippers as they weren't cutting at all. Decided to take them directly to Groomers at Crufts so that I could discuss the issue face to face. Within a few minutes I had a new set of clippers ......upgraded! Couldn't be happier with my experience today. Thank you so much.

after reading the negative reviews on here i was a little sceptical so I made a call as I had a couple of questions about the product I was looking to order.. We run a business and reviews can eith make or break the reputation of companies in a keyboard stroke.. I ordered Tuesday... landed on Wednesday .. Frankie professionally handled my call, answered my questions and processed the order and took credit card on the phone ... received an email half an hour later confirming my order with an invoice.. the items were despatched on courier and landed with me less than 24 hours after i ordered... I don't normally leave reviews but after reading the bad ones on here I thought I'd add my experience to create a little balance.. credit where credit is due 5* service ad would definitely be using again...

Groomers are a fab supplier 👍 I use their performance and everyday range shampoos in my salon on a regular basis ..the Performance Scissor Shampoo is a particular favourite 😍.
They are always happy to answer any questions I have and provide great customer service 😊 and they're products are affordable whilst still being high quality.

Got a long haired cat that needed some grooming attention and I couldn't afford to take to a salon so had a hunt around for things my partner and I could use ourselves at home.
Came across groomers Purrfect coat detangling spray and thought we would give it a go.
I forgot to add a brush to the order when I placed it so called to see if I could add to avoid extra postage. Spoke to someone called Charlie and he arranged adding the missing brush with no problem at all, saving me money and a telling off from my partner!

Arrived sooner than anticipated and works brilliantly.
Our fluffball is looking sleeker than ever and he was happy as larry to be brushed and washed as we weren't pulling at his hair.
Definitely recommend.

The choice of products is exceptional.

Have good stuff but rip off on postage.
Bought a brush and was charged 6.50 for Royal mail small parcel 2nd class when that costs about 2.60.
