Customer service is fast to reply. I ordered many (over 20) times, and I contacted them only once because a cross stitch kit had a wrong color in it. They sent me the right thread.
My packages always arrived in time.

Fansells are a great company, huge range of projects to choose from, excellent customer service and good prices.

I have been ordering major quantities from fansells almost biweekly for over 4 years now. They have been wonderful to ma and given me no reason to shop with anyone else :-)

I have purchased a bunch of stamped cross stitch and I love that it comes with everything I need. I just recently had a pattern made of my deceased daughter along with a poem. I can't wait to get them finished as they came out beautiful.

I was extremely skeptical about ordering (iv been scammed a lot before) but honestly I'm over the moon! I ordered 1 lot then had to order another lot. I have like 15 diamond arts to do. Extremely quick despatch and deilvery time and cheap as anything but the quality is amazing

Good custom Paint by Numbers of my Cat. The Paint was nice and got my order pretty fast.

Always very helpful if there is a problem. I’ve been buying Fansells since July 2023. Quality is excellent and I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

I have to delete a star for their not having a warning on their site that customers should ensure that their address is complete before ordering. Not having my house number on the auto filled address meant Evri lost my parcel. Having gone back and forth a few times, with replacement orders eventually being sent everything came and was really nice and I am very relieved all is resolved.

This Company owes me for a item they no longer can get and refuse to return the money they owe me and will not answer emails.

Recieved a large personalised canvas very poor quality . Creases that won’t come out poor quality drills . Put a complaint in and they want me to send it back to China at my expense from U.K. around £30.00 for a refund for £40.00 so I will loose out and are left with a pile of rubbish and they just say we are sorry nothing else

Awful company had a problem my mistake with email address company completely ignored me for the last 5 days will not be using them again

I have been ordering from fansells for few years . Never had problems with them . They even replaced an item that had gor damaged through transit .

I've just had a bad experience with Fansells. I ordered a custom one, 50 x 50, to start with it arrived folded, which they said larger ones had to be. It was so bad it had formed a pleat in the fabric, it took a lot of strength between my husband and myself to pull it apart so we could weigh it down.
It was one with slippery glue, the drills just weren't aligning properly.
The worst was to come, the picture was a head and shoulders of a young girl with a very ginger cat. The drills for my granddaughter's face were largely the same as the cat. Fansells dismissed it, they said it was the machine. She is a very pale white girl. They said to finish it and stand back to view it. All very well but her bedroom doesn't allow to stand that far back.
I'm not finishing it, it will be binned. It's put me right off diamond painting. I haven't done any for over a fortnight. That's not like me.
I will never use Fansells again and definitely won't be recommending them

This was my first time ordering a custom made kit and I can't fault it. The photo came out on the canvas, the colours were perfect too. Shipping didn't take too long. In my opinion Fansells did a fantastic job and I would love to be a reviewer for their products.

I am new to ordering from Fansells. I have placed three orders so far. I have received two of my orders and my third order is expected in the next week or so. I am very pleased with my paintings. I had one problem with the first order, I had a painting missing. I contacted customer service. They were very quick in responding to my email. The missing painting is coming with my next order. I appreciate great customer service. I will continue ordering from this company.

I ordered a custom from them. It arrived folded in a bag. It was deeply creased. I have ironed the back and am currently working on it but the folds are still visible. Very disappointing.

Fansells have been a Great Company to order from even though I was reluctant to order from abroad, if I emailed them they responded very quickly and efficiently, I would recommend using them again as I am sure I will in the future.
