Been waiting 7 weeks for one set of drills that were missing from an order all I seem to keep getting from Amy is excuses have messaged Ryan on instagram no response
Have now filed a claim with Paypal as this is getting real silly now its a shame as ive placed a lot of orders with Fansells

Have had no previous issues with questions etc Amy always went above and beyond to help you but now this issue with an entire colour of missing drills i cant start or finish the item very dissapointed

I’ve ordered a ton of stuff from Fansells and I’ve always been very happy, both with their products and their service. For me, they always ship quickly to the UK - probably the quickest of any similar company. And if there is a problem or a question, they always respond promptly.

I received all my items without fail. I haven’t started them yet because I got to many wips(work in progress) but I opened to examine the print and the threads(I ordered only cross stitch)and I’m satisfied with the results. It’s one of the cheapest stores I go too.

Fansells delivery time is really fast, the support is awesome and I love my new cross stitch stuff. I am a very happy customer and will continue to buy there!

I have been ordering my diamond paintings from fansells for a while now. Almost everything has been perfect and the only one I had an issue with, was rectified immediately and excellently. I would and have recommended them to all my diamond painting friends.

My order arrived in less than 2 weeks, everything was included, it was well packaged and all items were intact.

The delivery for the packages is quite fast. The customer service is outstanding. I had a cross stitch kit delivered with some water damage and Amy in the customer service replied to my email and replaced the damaged kit without a problem.

I love the kits, they are very competitively priced against other companies. The vibrancy and amount of colours, I couldn’t wait to start to sew.

Great all round all items arrived and the customer service was brilliant And really lookng forward to working on them

When I ordered my ideas they came back pretty quickly and the ideas are good quality and good price the style is very good, but I have had a far idea that are damaged or printed the wrong way but when I speck you customers several they are very friendly and help with the issue

I recently placed a large cross stitch order when Fansells was having a clearance sale at the end of June and was happy I got a few pieces that seem no longer available at a good price.
I qualified for their "blind box" and received a kit on my wishlist which made me happy.

The package came in the time stated and all the kits were intact with no missing pieces. Printing was clear. With other kits I've received I've had enough thread to finish. As long as Fansells keeps their prices low (I'm in Canada) and their quality high I'll keep purchasing from them.

A couple of improvements on the site I'd like to see are:
1. All the kits they sell would state how many colours there are. That would be very helpful in deciding if a kit will turn out well as some more detailed patterns do need more colours to look good it's disappointing when there aren't enough to get a good detailed picture.

2. It would be nice if Fansells would group similar patterns to purchase. Some patterns have up to 4 to a set and it's a bit of a nuisance hunting through the site for the ones that go together when they're shown singularly and their descriptions don't make sense sometimes. I found this with the Joy Sunday series of, Village, Flower, Fishing, and Coffee buildings. They don't seem to have the Yard one and it was a pain to click through all the pages. Grouping them all together in a single post would have made it easier to find and then I would know the other one in the set wasn't there.

Overall, my experience with Fansells is positive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and I'll continue to shop with them.

I had a problem with the cross stitch kit I bought from Fansells so I contacted them and asked for help. Amy emailed me and she arranged for a completely new upgraded kit of the same picture to be sent out to me so. It’s now on its way and I can’t wait to get started on my new picture. Thank you Amy for all your wonderful kind and professional help with this. You’re so kind and helpful. 😊

Their website is easy to navigate, their customer service is the best and they are happy to assist you with your questions. I will keep shopping at this store 🙂

Customer service is fast to reply. I ordered many (over 20) times, and I contacted them only once because a cross stitch kit had a wrong color in it. They sent me the right thread.
My packages always arrived in time.
