I've been ordering from Fansells for a year now and have been very happy. They have a huge selection of products at reasonable prices. Customer service has been excellent as well. I've dealt with customer service rep Amy and she's been so helpful and prompt. I highly recommend Fansells and will continue shopping here.

Quick response to out of stock item issues. Quick shipping. Quality of plastic item adhesive could be better but overall great company.

The best price performance ratio of any budget friendly diamond painting store out there. They have renderings for every diamond painting on their site so you know what you're getting. I recently placed my first order for some paint by numbers canvas and they're great too. The paint is really thick which makes for great opacity. Sadly only on the darker colors. Yellows, some oranges and mint greens still show the number underneath and the outlines. But i don't think that is fixable since these are just light colors. I still would prefer light grey outlines instead of black so they're at least a bit less bold under the color. Overall still a great experience though

I love Fansell products. With such a big choice there is always plenty to find of interest. They arrive in good time. The prices are really good. Out of the 100's I've purchased, I've only ever had 2 cases of missing items. And customer services have always dealt with the issue promptly..

Fansells has a great variation of pictures. If there is any issues with their stock they will rectify it.
They are very aware of seasonal event in which their pictures reflect on.
They always have a sale, and coupon codes are always avaiable.

Excellent customer support, wide range of products. vFancells is the only shop I buy special drill diamond paintings and crafts. I especially love theor greeting cards.

I ordered loads of diamond paintings they came good quality and the company emailed me to tell me a diamond art was out of stock and to pick a new one. Good communication. Good quality. Good timing.

I have used Fansells for around 3 years for diamond painting and cross-stitch and never had a problem, I ordered recently a cross-stitch bundle, I had 2 custom canvases both were pictures of my son, one picture was not quite suitable for the size I wanted, I was contacted by Amy from the customer service department she had compressed the picture and was asking if I was happy with it, of course I was and that issue was sorted out.
A few days later Amy contacted me again to inform me one of my items was no longer available and did I want to choose something else or would I like Amy to choose, I said Amy could choose (as I really did not have time to look) she came back with a choice of canvasses and I chose which one I'd like, all sorted within a matter of 5 minutes!!
Fansells customer service department is second to none, Amy was absolutely fantastic she sorted all the issues straight away didn't leave me waiting and keep checking my phone for an reply email (not like other companies) I will never order my diamond painting's or cross stitches from anywhere else.

Great prices, top notch quality items (don't be put off with the prices thinking the things are going to be low quality and cheap looking they really are top notch)

I have been using Fansells for a long time (5 years +) . I have never had any issues with any of my orders since I started to use. I however had to recently contact customer services for a mistake I had personally made on an order, Amy ( in customer services) was very prompt in replying to my email and helped to sort out my request and all got sorted. Communication is excellent. Amy was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. I love Fansells massive diamond painting range and will continue to use them for my diamond painting addiction. Thank you Fansells and Amy.

I absolutely love how the pictures turned out. The symbols are great. The only problem is is that some of the symbols are in the same color as others. It's hard to tell which symbol is which without looking at the pattern on paper. Other than that, the product is amazing.

I always find Fansells supply good quality products and their diamond paintings always come up beautifully, they are reasonably priced and have a prompt and quick delivery never had a problem with them. Would highly recommend them to anyone

I ordered 2 custom diamond paintings, Amy from Fansells contacted me to ask if i would like a free upgrade in size. I said yes please. Well they arrived and are absolutely beautiful, can't wait to start them.
Will definitely be ordering my customs ones from Fansells in the future and have told my fellow diamond painter friends what good service I have received.
