Played 100 pounds for fireworks
Played 100 pounds for fireworks, they came different then in pictures, the delivery cost was crazy and I only saw how munched I was charged once I ordered them! The delivery was 59 pounds to deliver to me from Luton to cambridge unreal how they ripped me off. And when it came they forgot to send me one thing. Also the cancellation is very difficult so didn't even bother. I do not recommend this website to anyone.

Fireworks are classed as explosives and so cost more to ship compared to popular goods like CD's, books etc. as they require specialist couriers who hold a special licence to be able to deliver and for this reason they do charge extra. This is explained in full on our web site. We do try to subsidise as much of these costs as possible, but can only do this so much so we hope you understand why it does cost more.
All fireworks are hand made and may very ever so slightly to the video guide, but not usually.
We are only a [free] phone call away and would have arranged for your order to be cancelled.
We are sorry you were disappointed.

We do try to subsidise as much of these costs as possible, but can only do this so much so we hope you understand why it does cost more. Only problem 2 rockets failed because I couldn't get the plastic fuse covers off, in trying the fuse came out of 1 rocket and the stick broke on another, otherwise the fireworks were fantadtic

I was billed for a huge delivery charge that I hadn't expected. The website needs to make these charges far more transparent in my opinion.

As our products are classed as explosives we have to use specialist Courier services, whose charges are considerably higher than standard Couriers. We do subsidise charges as much as we can and wish this situation could be different.

Fantastic Fireworks were excellent from beginning to end. We had to reschedule our planned November Fireworks due to bad weather and when our original supplier went off the radar, Fantastic Fireworks stepped in and saved the day. They are very professional and could not have been more helpful.
Someone always answers the phone, they always respond to emails quickly and the service is second to none. Jon was brilliant and came and did a site visit and completed all the necessary safety requirements, and on the day Rino and his colleague came and were so polite, professional, friendly and generally a pleasure to work with.
They did an amazing display for the school's children and parents and everyone commented on how good the Fireworks were this year. Could not have been happier. Thank you!!
