I use fantrax for a variety of leagues I am the commish of (baseball, nfl, college football, hockey, and more) Fantrax offers a great product. For this league/question fantrax support got back to me quickly with a solution (something I needed to set in the commish options screen)

Fantrax is a really good fantasy platform. It has a lot of features and lets you customize your league way better than other apps. It can take a bit to get used to it but once you get the hang of it it is AMAZINGGG. The scoring updates are reliable and the app runs really well (most of the time). Overall its a really good app if you want to use it for more control over your own league settings.

Not only is the product excellent, but the customer service is phenomenal. They get back to me typically within a day, and have always been able to resolve any issues or questions that I have. Highly recommend using Fantrax for any fantasy league, especially if you want more interesting rules and settings than the basics.

I have used Fantrax for years (Baseball, Football, Basketball and Hockey). I do use the pay version because we have some customized rules. Whenever I have a question, I submit through the site and they always respond and resolve the matter quickly (hours). I would not switch to any other service.

Our leagues have been with Fantrax since 2012. 5 stars is an easy rating. This is and has been a great website to use for our Fantasy Baseball leagues.

Joesph from the support team was incredibly helpful sorting out an issue with locked player pool and was also very quick in responding. He helped get us this resolved in time for our draft and responded to multiple follow up questions

My league was with a big name corporate competitor for many years, but when the customer service started to lack and I began to feel like a number, I started to look elsewhere for my league. I moved our league to Fantrax years ago and we haven't looked back since. Whenever we need support, Fantrax provides it in a timely manner if not immediately. Compared to the other guys, Fantrax seems to appreciate customer loyalty.

Fantrax is simply unparalleled in the Fantasy Sports platform world. If your League(s) are not using Fantrax by now, find a new commissioner and switch over today!

I had approached Fantrax feedback for a change in the way I wanted my league to play fantasy baseball. It was a different way - than we had been using - for owners to manage their teams and I was unable to figure out the settings. This process started at the end of January, Brandon helped me make the move, which was great but we - probably I - didn't understand how it would work. Fast forward to last week. My 40 players - yes 40 - all finally contacted me and I started to inputting everything to start drafts, but I had a problem with scheduling ... Long story short, a representitive named Robert came in and meticulously worked with me to not only get the issue fixed, he hung in there and continued to contact me for three days of help until he got me to a place where I think this league will be better than it is. Robert was fantastic. About all the techs I've dealt with at Fantrax have been helpful but Brandon and especially Robert have been the best I've worked with. Oh by the way, my leagues have been using Fantrax for about 17 years. We love the ease and the flexibility it provides. My league has players from eight different states. Thanks to Robert.

I have been playing fantasy baseball with Fantrax since 2016. Only one time in all those years did I experience one little glitch while drafting my lineup. I e-mailed them for help by clicking the "Support" button on their platform and was astounded by how quickly they responded. They were very patient with me as I explained my issue and soon I got squared away, I especially enjoy their Best Ball games, which give you a chance to win back some cash if your team does well, but their free games are fun, too.
