Fantrax is an exciting fantasy sports site. I use it for football and there are stats you probably didn’t even know existed on this site. There probably are hundreds of scoring categories for all league types. We used the draft through them and it ran pretty well. Remote owners can participate and timers and options galore. Customer service rocks. They’ve been replying back and forth (especially a Nathan and Brandon) helping with scoring categories and checked boxes that should not have been so you’ll have good time bringing your league to Fantrax. Joke-y Jordon bringing Fantasy sports into the next generation for sure. Sign up, you won’t regret it

When another site made changes for the worse, I searched for an alternate fantasy site to relocate my NFL league to and was amazed to learn our season had not ended thanks to Playoff options for NFL (and NBA) and was able to convince others to join thanks to the Premium options (Player Picker instead of draft; allowing players to be on multiple rosters instead of fighting over Mahomes and Jokic). The schedule option of playing multiple opponents (and against average/median) resulted in a true 162 game MLB season for us. The scoring settings for all sports are overwhelming and make the fantasy game as realistic as possible. FANTRAX offers the most complete player pool, multiple communication methods, polls, trivia, page setup/graphic options and, in that rare case you need support, you'll receive a response as soon as you click "send." Love this site!

Our rotisserie baseball league has used several stat services in its 43 (!) years of existence, and we are quite pleased with Fantrax. From the accuracy of its stats and feed to the quick and helpful customer service replies when questions arise, our owners are delighted with the excellent support Fantrax provides. We would not hesitate in recommending Fantrax to other rotisserie and fantasy leagues, and I know they will continue to innovate and implement additional customer-focused ideas.

I needed some advice on how to override the results from a midseason setting adjustment that I made. I was instructed on how I could override the new standings created by the setting adjustment.

No one does dynasty fantasy sports like Fantrax. 365 days a year, salary cap plus year over year increasing cost options, custom IL/Minor league spots, custom categories. Nothing like it.

I just joined a prize league and the draft malfunctioned after 10 rounds. Then they started the draft up in the 5th round and wiped out all of my picks from round 5-10. When they started up the draft I had no access to the players drafted from rounds 5-10, so the draft started taken 11th round players I had in my queue list. By the time I figured out what I had to do and rebooted to get access to the players from round 5-10. I had a bunch of bad picks. Called the Customer Support number but no response. It was a 10:00 pm draft but you would think they would have one guy hanging around to trouble shoot. Send a e-mail. Waiting on a response to be reimbursed for wasting 3 hours of my life totally frustrated. I certainly am not pleased that the product was this poor.

Fantrax is a great platform to begin with. I have used it for years now and have had nothing but good things to say. They have recently included additional features that allow less reliance on external forums & more ease of use on the site itself. Furthermore, I recently had a reason to contact the support team for something beyond the scope of a commissioner. Nathan was quick to reply, verified the situation before taking prompt, accurate steps to resolve the scenario. I have no interest in looking elsewhere for my fantasy baseball enjoyment!

Someone needs to make a real dynasty baseball app. Fantrax’s format is so dysfunctional and confusing. I have no idea what I’m doing and it is not user friendly. I usually use sleeper for all my dynasty leagues but sleeper does not have dynasty baseball. Stuck with fantrax

The customer service and support is fantastic! The quick response and quick fix was very helpful getting my playoff schedule locked in before it was too late!

The customization options are great, but when you add the customer service to it, Fantrax sits in a league of their own When it comes to Fantasy Hockey platforms.

Always reply to my emails on great detail and are able to answer all my questions. Love Fantrax!

It’s the most customizable fantasy app in the game, and support team is super helpful if you get anything mixed up along the way!

I've dealt primarily with ESPN and Yahoo fantasy leagues. I started using Fantrax a couple of years ago for our keeper/dynasty league, and it is hands down the best one out there.

Incredible customer/league support. The vast amount of league settings options allowed us to set up our league exactly how we wanted. The Fantrax support team answered question after question for us, and even went as far as to actually adjust the settings then asked us to verify they were what we wanted. With the additional options that Premium offers, it is well worth the cost. Plus, they put out solid analytical content and rankings on a regular basis!

The support at Fantrax is truly unmatched by other sites. They go in and fix things for you. It's like having a co-commissioner that wrote the programming. Simply amazing!

Best fantasy platform out there. I've been managing a couple of leagues for over 10 years now and Fantrax and its system, scoring flexibility/variety and support have always been top notch.

Constant customer support. Most in-depth options for any league. I won’t join or commish another league unless Fantrax is running it.
