Great customer service and amazing options for every league type.

Quick reply and had the right answer to my question, walking me through the steps I need to make the change to my league's settings.

Very nice platform to use, very good interface (quite customizable) and great user support.

Had a scheduling issue due to NHL Covid rescheduling and the issues was resolved quickly and within an hour of my first email. Additionally Fantrax is the ONLY site we have ever found to accommodate our unique head to head schedule.

The hockey league I run was using Yahoo since 2008 and we finally made the switch over to fantrax this year.

I can honestly say it brought fantasy hockey to a whole new level with how many options are available!

I pay for the premium and its worth every penny. I just wish we would have switched years ago so our past seasons would be on fantrax :(

Have used fantrax for about a decade. Can’t imagine using another site. Have never been given a reason to look. The constant upgrades and additions to the platform are welcomed and useful.

Fantrax is the #1 site for Commissioner cheating. I have been in 5 of their leagues and I caught 4 of the commissars cheating. Changing stats on players on rosters from games 1-5 typically and then they delete the transaction. Caught them red handed

So far the Fantrax site has done all my league has asked of it. And when we ran into issues the help team was there within 24 hours to restore the data and bring civility back to my league mates. Thanks.

This will be my first year in Fantrax as a fantasy commissioner but so far I really like what I see. The ease of use setting up the league was impressive. Also, I had one question and it was answered within 2 hours. I cannot say that about other fantasy sites where I have waited days for help.

I moved 3 leagues over from another site 4 years ago and have not looked back since. Fantrax is my last stop. My league mates and I are super happy hear. There are so many options so you can design your league anyway you want. Standard, Superflex, IDP. They have college leagues as well. Response time from them is from my experience very fast like an hour or less then they contact you again after the issue has been resolved. If you read this all the way through and you are looking for a new home for fantasy, then look no further. I do not work for them; I am just a Commish who is happy to have found Fantrax.

Fantrax is the best application for sports pools. I used to pay for another application which had way less configuration options than Fantrax and it was only dedicated to NHL pool. Fantrax gives a lot of possibilities and on top of it, the support service is quick and really helpful. I recommend Fantrax to any one who want to create sports pools.

Love Fantrax. Had used ESPN for years. Fantrax is much more customizable and was exactly what we needed. Had a problem with the Live Scoring stats and after emailing Fantrax they fixed the issue immediately. Great customer service.
