stealers for payout and bad customer service

I understand your position and I respect the platform’s policies regarding flagged content. However, I would still like to raise a concern regarding the complete deduction of the account balance.

Not all of the content or earnings on the account were related to the media identified by the team. A significant portion of the activity, traffic, and sales came from legitimate AI-generated and compliant content that was not stolen or reported.

Over the past weeks, I invested substantial time and effort into building the account, generating traffic, managing subscribers, and creating content for the platform. For this reason, I do not believe it is fair for the entire balance to be removed without distinction between flagged media and compliant content.

I fully cooperated as soon as the issue was explained to me and removed the requested content immediately. I am therefore kindly requesting a final manual review regarding the portion of earnings connected to compliant content and activity on the account.

More than 72 hours without pay out…

More than 72 hours without pay out (Masspay e-wallets) service available. They did not mention before doing maintenance on the site, your money is blocked on the site. They never know when they will finish the maintenance.

A newcomer to the platform and I'm very pleased

As a newcomer to the platform, I am thoroughly impressed. Fanvue deserves high praise, from its AI assistant to its direct email customer service.
The AI assistant guided me through every step of the setup process, provided best practices for self-marketing, and even pre-configured promotions for future implementation.
When I had a question requiring direct team input, they responded to my email within ten minutes and maintained open communication until my query was fully and satisfactorily resolved.
I wholeheartedly recommend Fanvue to any content creators weary of platforms that neglect their users.
