They offer very slow, outdated software that doesn't work. Very low quality choices of Avatars. Looks like it was made by a child. I used it for 2 days and got no where with it. Then they refused to return my $29.00. This is how they actually make money! Zero customer service support. An AI joke of a platform.

I had a great experience with Fanvue Support. I emailed them regarding an issue with my account (unable to withdraw) and I was impressed by how quickly they responded. Their team reviewed my situation and resolved my account issue within just a few hours.

I want to share my experience with Fanvue support and account termination.
My account was permanently closed after a “review” process. I was not provided with any specific reason or evidence of any violation of the platform’s terms. The support team only referred to general Terms & Conditions and stated that no further explanation or appeal was possible.
At the time of closure, I had an outstanding balance of approximately $500. After the termination, I was informed that this balance would not be paid out and would be forfeited under their policy.
I understand platforms reserve the right to moderate accounts, but the lack of transparency, absence of a clear reason, and permanent loss of earned funds left me extremely dissatisfied with the process.
I am sharing this feedback so others are aware of how account closures and payouts may be handled on the platform.

Taken money when I don’t use this subscription service I’ve logged in to check for active subscription and nothing yet you still take my money I’ve had to now forward this to my bank for fraud

I had an issue with requesting a payout and was completely confused. Fin and Bubu helped me within a few hours, fixing the situation and allowing me to get paid. These folks are great!!!!!
