Pretty Good & Very Simple

I've been using this app for about 1 year now and things have been pretty good. Using the app is quite simple and there are 1,000's of creators to choose from. I'll likely continue to use until further notice!

Outstanding customer support

I had some fraudulent activity on my card which my bank alerted me to, they cancelled the card in question and sent me a new one. I was having problems loading it into my Fanvue wallet so I reached out to their customer support team via a messaging link. The customer service provided by Ken and a couple of others in his team was outstanding and my problem was sorted in no time. Thanks to you Ken and a couple of others in his team.

Lost All Earnings Despite Providing Al Workflow Proof

I invested a significant amount of time, money, AI tools, subscriptions, and creative work into building my Fanvue account using AI-generated workflows.

Even after providing explanations, workflow proofs, AI-generation processes, prompts, and video evidence, my account earnings were completely removed after moderation decided the content was “non-compliant.”

What makes this frustrating is that there seems to be very little clarity regarding what qualifies as acceptable AI-generated content versus “non-AI” content once realistic workflows are involved.

The result was losing all monetization and all the time invested into growing the account.

I appreciate that they allowed the account to remain active, but creators working with AI should be extremely careful and fully understand the risks before investing heavily into content production on the platform.

Another backdoor robber stealing subscriptions, and $59.99 at that .
There seems no easy way to cancel a subscription I didn’t intend to pay.
Usual Ai nonsense of a few dollars and then rob you , was happy to pay for access , that I didn’t actually get . But stay well away
