Amazing support and fast problem resolution!

I had an issue with a stuck payout due to a mistake in my personal details. I contacted support, and a manager named Ken helped me out. He was very professional, polite, and most importantly, he resolved the issue manually and returned my funds to the balance within a very short time. It’s great to know that Fanvue has a real team that actually cares about creators and helps solve technical problems. Highly recommend!

No refunds, even if you have clearly been misled

The website doesn't make it clear whether the content is simply optimised or entirely AI-generated. When you make a purchase, you're buying a pig in a poke, and customer support – for example, Marty McFlynn – fobs you off with generic platitudes. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Stay well away from Fanvue and look for another fan platform instead.

I have been waiting over a month to…

I have been waiting over a month to withdraw my earnings of $107.97. I have 9 posts, meet all the payout criteria, and have contacted support multiple times with no resolution. This is unacceptable. They are holding my money with no explanation and ignoring my requests. Avoid this platform if you expect to actually get paid for your work.
