Brilliant agent

We have been in our new home for little over a week. The whole process from enquiring about the property to moving day has been so efficient and unlike any agent we have used in the past. We have moved a lot in the last 10 years and have never known such a quick and professional service like we have received with Farefield Estates.
We had quick responses to emails, a detailed video tour and ample support during the application process.
Jacqui was brilliant with the virtual tour and keeping in touch by text- she even wished us luck on our moving day which was lovely.
The turnaround between submitting an application and getting finances sorted was superb.
Tammy showed us around the property on our moving in day and had ensured water, heating and alarms were working- we have never had that before and it was lovely to see they clearly cared and Tammy ensured we knew how to work boiler etc.

The professionalism and additional touches which appeared to come so naturally were greatly appreciated. We feel confident if we ever needed them for property issues; they would help us swiftly and kindly.

Highly recommended.

Communication is brilliant.
You get a response within a day of querying or asking a question.
Their opening hours are fantastic.
The staff are friendly and nice.
They’re organised and know what they’re doing.
They provide great virtual tours.

Ricardos and colleague were extremely…

Ricardos and colleague were extremely professional and did a great job of replacing our fence and taps, they were polite and well mannered and cleaned up beautifully once they'd finished the jobs. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Just get the job done.

Rob ‘manager’ - your previous comment about how you’ve handled this whole situation is consistent with the appalling way you have dealt with it from start to finish - a load of rubbish.

Stop hiding behind lies, stop making excuses, do your job that you are paid to do. It is as simple as that.

You have our contact details and would appreciate that you use them in the right way rather than showing up before 9am unannounced when your tenants have no prior knowledge of any scheduled visit.

We didnt want special treatment 5 months ago and certainly don’t want it now but we (and your tenants) expect you to do your job properly for the welfare of both parties involved.

A reply 9 months later! Don’t hide your poor customer service behind this horrific situation we have found ourselves in.

I wish you all well and hope you’re CS proposition has improved from this fair feedback.

Spoke to Rob today about my obvious…

Spoke to Rob today about my obvious concerns with future bills at this uncertain time. Rob spoke to me, spoke to the landlord, and rang me back all within 20-30 minutes. I was reassured and felt like he really understood and was on my side. He helped me negotiate with the landlord and really helped me out. None of us know how long this is going to go on, and what impact it will leave behind. Including Rob and all staff at farefield estates. (still working to take our calls and deal with issues)

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC AND ABUSIVE!!
Rob is a rude pompous being, I have recordings of him shouting down the phone at me calling me a stupid little girl. All because their maintenance team couldn’t do a job properly and nor could the people in the office.
This is has been going on for 5 months.
I am the neighbour of a property that Fairfield rent out. The joining fence panels were rotten, and they took over 3 months to help us get it sorted as we don’t have a direct contact for the landlord.
We spent months with a fence panel completely broken and being propped up with our garden furniture.
It gets sorted but not properly, we both have dogs, and we have 2 nieces that come to visit, obviously they do not care for the welfare of this young girls as the dogs can get into our garden.
Yes our nieces can’t visit right now, and we do understand the current situation, there is side access and it just needs a little job doing to get us through until it can be done properly!
Unfortunately Rob was so busy shouting at me (I’m guessing someone is a little stressed!) as it was just not a normal reaction.
I am not his tenant and nor am I his landlord and I would NEVER use this company.
We did not drag our heels, we were always happy to pay 1/2 towards the fence.
What did they do? Threatened us to go through solicitors.

All we want is a moral outcome.

27/03/20- Rob you talk utter rubbish. There is side access through the property that you rent out. There is not side access through our house/garden, your maintenance guy knocked on our door and we said it next door who are the tenants with the access.
Another pack of lies from good man Rob.
Oh and also... it was funny how you thought I was your tenant and when I had to advise you 3 times I wasn’t that is when you lost your marbles and started shouting.

We have tried to help this lady who is not our landlord and not our tenant. She has no understanding what so ever of the current Corona Virus and of the fact that her nieces cannot visit as we are all on lockdown.
I have said that she was a silly little girl because under the current horrendous viral outbreak, where many thousands of people will die, she was concerned about her fence panels.
We have never dragged our feet, it was the reviewer who dragged their feet and we had to seek landlords approval after land registry documents had to be checked.
Our previous reviews speak volumes for our company.
Even with the above review we have told the reviewer that we are sending one of our engineers to the property, as we want to prevent any dogs escaping, at the begining of the conversation with her, if our engineer can complete the works outside under the current social distancing guidelines.
As with all boundary issues it was advised, in order to protect herself and the landlord, to go through a solicitor. Just goes to the show the old adage is true - NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED

20/04/20: We persevered and gained access, all the works I am pleased to confirm were completed with ALL parties pleased and happy with the Outcome

Fabulous people

Fabulous people. Im not too good doing the whole internet thing but OMG farefield were so accomodating I could not ask for better service . Special thanks to Tammy and Angela.. totally profesional and pure genuine girls.... its all about trust and anyone looking to rent a property would do well to heed my advice... Ive never rented before but they took all the stress out of the whole process.. I would recomend this service to anyone who asks... Now stop stalling and go get yourself a home. I love my little flat.... Im home

We recently moved into a property to rent through Fairfield estates.
Moving house can be so stressful but they are fantastic at making it as smooth as possible.
Tammy - absolutely fabulous as front of house for the company. She has the charm and humour to make viewing properties a little less painful.
The office people have been quick and efficient at answering any questions we have had.
There have been a few snags along the way but they have been resolved almost immediately. A special thanks to Robert for that :)
