Hi Roger, I’m Thomas.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this feedback. I’m sorry to hear the service felt too basic and wasn’t what you were expecting.

Our online will service is designed to keep things as simple and straightforward as possible for people with simpler wishes and estates, but I appreciate that this won’t suit everyone or every situation. For more bespoke arrangements, we do also offer a telephone will service where one of our specialists can provide more tailored support and include more complex clauses or provisions.

If you’d like to explore that option, you can request a call back here: https://account.farewill.com/booking/will, or you can contact us on 020 8050 2686 or hello@farewill.com and we’ll be very happy to help.

Best wishes,
Thomas.

Good so far but would have liked to see a draft.

Response time is good and useful advice/feedback. However, having only just signed up so I do not feel I can comment more than this. The only niggle is that I haven't seen a draft form of the Will, which would make it easier to understand the advice given by Farewell and the whole content set out, before the terms of the Will are finalised.

Hi Sara, I’m Thomas.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I’m really glad to hear the response times and guidance from the team have been helpful so far.

I completely understand your point about wanting to see a draft version of the will more clearly before finalising everything. You can download and view your draft will at any time by visiting https://wills.farewill.com/wills
. Once you’re happy with the contents, the will then needs to be signed and witnessed correctly to make it legally valid and binding.

If you’d like any help reviewing the document or talking through the feedback you’ve received, you can contact us on 020 8050 2686 or hello@farewill.com
and we’ll be very happy to help.

Best wishes,
Thomas

I'd put off writing a will for years

I'd put off writing a will for years. Recent health issues motivated me to do so now. Farewill has made it so easy for me to leave my estate exactly as I wanted, plus a gift to the charity of my choice. It was all sorted in days, not weeks. Many thanks!

Hi Robert, I’m Thomas.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I’m sorry to hear about your recent health issues, but I’m really glad we could help make writing your will feel simple and straightforward at such an important time.

It’s lovely to hear you were able to leave your estate exactly as you wanted, including a gift to a charity that matters to you. I’m also pleased everything was sorted in days rather than weeks.

Your kind words mean a great deal to our team. Thank you again for taking the time to leave this review.

So easy and quick

This is so easy to do, good value for money (especially as I work for Dignity 50% off) but even without discount still good value. I did opt to pay extra £10 a year as I knew I had a child come of age and just as easy to make adjustments.
