Ordering was easy & I was kept up to…
Ordering was easy & I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. The only problem I experienced was on the day of delivery when you gave me a time which I couldn’t be in the house for. I therefore put in the details for a safe place for my order to be left in. However, despite clicking the submit button ten times nothing happened & so my order wasn’t delivered. Fortunately I was able to collect the order myself the next day from a local shop so everything was fine in the end.

The delivery service dpd has reduced its collection points, meaning I would of had to of driven miles to collect my items. I had increased the quantity of goods that I ordered in order to get free delivery, but when I saw the limited amount of collection points, I had to go back to my order and delete some to cover the additional cost of delivery to my house
