To all who have ordered through Farm & Country online as I have, request a charge back on your card through your bank. You will get a refund! I paid by debit card.

Initially the product I ordered never arrived, they took my money and didn't have it in stock, twice I was promised it would arrive when I called chasing by phone - I eventually gave up and was promised a refund through PayPal. This refund has never arrived, twice "The refund for your transaction failed" and no one seems bothered at Farm and Country. If I get the failed notifications so do they. Save your time and effort and shop with an established supplier that can give consumers the customer service that we deserve.

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Still waiting 6 weeks + later for a product.
I have emailed 3 times. No response. Made a call, spoke to a lady, apparently some issue with receiving emails, would follow up and call me back. Since then several more phone calls straight to voicemail, no answer. Product I ordered no longer on website. Avoid this company. Hoping to get my money back via PayPal as I have given up hope of getting my product.

Never thought I’d fall for a scam website, but when I needed something urgently I didn’t check enough. It looked legit. They delete the poor ratings and only keep the positive reviews. Read the positive reviews, they actually say negative things, but it’s the only way they keep the review on their page by giving 5 stars. Fortunately got a full refund via credit card.

They are actually laughing at us. They posted something about ‘trust’ and how a customer wanted to cancel a transaction but they persuaded them to wait another month.

Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Dreadful service. No product after waiting a month. No contact from them to explain why. No response to any emails.

Absolute sham of a business... Ordered on May 3rd and still not received on May 27th, All emails chasing the order were ignored. After many calls finally got thru to be told items are not in stock even though website says they are instock. And it will take another week at least as they will be shipped directly from supplier.
Also told that the reason for not replying to emails is that they are experiencing IT difficulties.. I'm no rocket scientist but I would think an online business would make fixing IT issues a priority. So my advice to anyone thinking of buying anything from this website would be look elsewhere.

Awful awful company!!! AVOID !! If I could give it -10 I would! I ordered a item, it never arrived. Then got no offer for refund or even to send out replacement. I asked for refund… many messages later still not refund, just “I’m waiting to hear back from my manger” I don’t have my item or money and I’m more money down as had to purchase the item from else where! Dreadful!
