No free shipping on returns

I bought a $156 dollar Dewalt item for my husband for Christmas and it was not the item that he specifically wanted. I called customer service and they said to ship it back and they would refund the money. Yeah.....they DO NOT pay for shipping back and of course I'm no where near the store to return it. It would have cost me $113 dollars to ship it back. Unreal! Next time, I will shop local.

Sent the wrong item ... refused to pay return postage .... just cancelled the order ...

I ordered an 2 item they advertised got a similar Items for which I have no use , paid $11.55 postage to return the item and they just cancelled the order . Never offered to refund the return postage I requested or supply the the correct items ....BTW they have the worst phone service I have ever experienced - very low volume and so much static noise I could not even carry on a conversation .... I tried repeatedly with same result.

Great Customer Service!

I had a very good experience with Blain’s Farm and Fleet. I wrote them a message on their website asking about a possible refund on an item I just purchased at full price days before it went on sale. A very nice lady by the name of Julie called the next day and left a message that they had sent me a partial refund that day. I am a very happy customer! Thank you Julie!

Sent me just over half the items I ordered

I should have recognized the fact that whenever a business receives reviews where over one third of the purchasers rate it ONE STAR, it's time to look at other merchants.

I ordered 9 toy pet balls for our doge and when the two boxes arrived there were only 5 balls in the shipment. I waited a couple of days to see if the remainder of the order would arrive. When it didn't I called the customer service number and was told that they would check on this and make it right. Two days later I received an email from the company asking for more information, which I then emailed to them. I few days later I received another email telling me that I had received all the ordered product. Unfortunately, this was simply not true. I responded with another email showing them the products I ordered and the products I received. I received no response to that email. I strongly suggest your find other merchants for your business.

I gave 2 stars because I did get my orders. I ordered a gingerbread house and when it came to me it was broken. When I called customer service about a refund I had to literally spend the better part of 10 minutes discussing the logistics of the gingerbread house because I was told that it's supposed to come broken because I'm supposed to put it together! The gentleman on the other end of the phone said he was going to try to get me a refund. Then he told me I should be getting an email that will give me information on whether or not I was going to get a refund and or how to return the item. I have not received an email nor have I received any information back on the broken gingerbread house. I am sure that this company has some good points but the packaging and the way that my gingerbread house came to me was not very conducive of it coming to me without it being broken. I ordered some decorations for the gingerbread house which came in a separate order and those were packed wonderfully! Although I'm going to be out only $15 I would suggest against ordering anything that is fragile through this company.

I didn't receive my entire order

I didn't receive my entire order. When I call them they say they will look into it and get back to me. It's been 2 weeks now and several calls and no answers. It's pretty clear that I'm going to be out $70. If you don't receive your full order you aren't going to. Order at your own risk

Lovely person in customer service

I talk to a young lady named Jona - (I think that is how she spelled her name) about and item missing from my pickup order here in Rockford Il - she was an absolute delight to talk to and assured my problem would be solved . I think the corporate office needs to give her a raise!

Customer Service--Creme of the Crop

I ordered a Muddy Striker Box Blind from the Blain's store in Baraboo, Wisconsin. It was shipped to South Louisiana. Upon receiving it, I noticed a few deficiencies. I took a couple of pictures and sent them to the manager of the Baraboo store. (Jack) He responded within a day, and he and I agreed that the deficiencies occurred during shipping. The following day, I got a call from the manufacturer and was told they would be shipping the parts out by Wednesday. (two days later). The following morning I got a call from customer service, and I believe it was from corporate. The lady I spoke to said she had reviewed some emails between myself and Blain's, and she wanted to rectify the issue by offering me a credit on the amount I paid for the item. Within two days, it was credited to my account and the total was very, very generous. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to share this experience because it was the very best customer care I've experienced in a very long time.

Short cuts in auto center.

I had 2 appts. One on 10/21 and the other on 10/23 for my lifetime pkg tire rotation and balance. I was not offered the quick check on each and it wasn't performed either. When I asked the service advisor if they quit doing it, he said that it's usually done, but for some reason,the tech didn't perform any on my 2 vehicles. Even though they may be short handed this is no reason to not fully do the job that they are paid to do.

sturtevant wisconsin

I was visiting the store in Sturtevant Wisconsin when one of the workers named dawn asked a couple if they needed help finding something and they asked where the shoes were and she said right there and as the couple walked away to go look at shoes dawn proceeded to talk bad about them to a coworker saying “are you serious they are right there how dumb can you be” making fun of them which i found very disrespectful and especially to do it on the sales floor in front of other customers

False advertising

First online order from them. There was several items at good clearance prices. Their website said in stock. Placed order and started receiving emails that they were cancelling many of the items because of no inventory. Looked again at website and those items still showed in stock. Called customer service and even emailed customer service. Got the generic we're sorry, but no action to get me those items. I will never order from them again. No concern at all that they are committing false advertising and do not care about return business.

Spammers

I started to create an account and even had a couple of items in my shopping cart until I found out the outrageous shipping charges. I emptied the cart and didn't even finish providing the info they wanted but, sadly, they kept my email address and continuing sending me emails (at least two per day) even though I unsubscribed. Give them information at your own risk. Beware.

Bad customer service

Don't waste your time ordering or buying something from these jokers. They have the rudest customer service on the planet. They will argue with the customer. They are not very professional and they put their needs before the customer.

WHEEL DAMAGE during tire installation…

WHEEL DAMAGE during tire installation on custom wheel. Took my truck to Blain’s in Freeport Il to have 6 tires installed 2 on steel wheels and 4 on custom wheels before they performed the install I met with the tire installer and asked him if he could do these wheels and told him if he wasn’t sure not to do them and I would go somewhere else and he said that it was no problem the machine doesn’t touch the wheel and I said that I didn’t want any damage to the wheels. So after the installation of the first custom wheel I inspected it and it was damaged dents, scratches, scraping needless to say I was LIVID. I immediately showed him the damage and he said he was sorry that it was a new machine and he was not familiar with it and he had to clamp the face of the wheel after I specifically told him that I didn’t want him to before installation also he said this was his first time balancing a custom wheel. WOW how exciting. I took pictures of the damaged wheel and told them to stop the installation of the other wheels. I then went to the manager who it was the assistant manager and she took pictures of the wheel and said she would submit it to the claims. I spent a month going back and forth with claims office and providing them with pictures and information needed. I called and called no response then I get a letter that claim denied. I called service manager and he said he would call me back and never did. I called corporate and talked with them and they said they would call me back and never did. I called district manager and left messages and he never called back. I went on line to customer service and he said he would make sure they would call me back and guess what, no one has called me back. ( I’m shocked ) this has been going on for over 3 months and I’m frustrated and fed up with this company. They need to step up take responsibility and replace the wheel and from what I can see I’m not alone with all the other bad reviews and complaints this company has. I guess it’s time to take legal action. SO SAD!!!
