The service was brilliant. I sent a question via chat, about a product I was in the process of buying, and I had not only an answer but also a lead time before I finished checking out.

The items I ordered were not in stock when it said they were. 3 weeks later with a couple of prompts, got the goods. Annoying as it delayed a job for a customer. They did reply quickly and were apologetic, but when it says something is in stock it needs to be. I won't be returning due to this.

Keenly priced products, delivery was as expected with tracking. Very happy with service.

If you sell online and you have no stocks, take off the item from the list. Comunicatuon will say 0 no answer in enquiry when it will be delivered. After week ring and find out restock after 2 months. Now waiting for refund, what means can not buy another straight away.

Concrete equipment ordered, gave 3-5 day delivery, rang in to chase up to be told sent directly from manufacturer. Told would be early following week, still dint turn up. Apparently lost in transit, another would be sent, 50% of turned up but still waiting for the other half of the order 16 days later.

Great service, brought a compactor plate, was expecting it to arrive on the 3rd day after purchasing it, I phoned the company up and they got straight on to it and got it the day after. Great service and great value for money

Item received as ordered. Not a lot of communication from the company. Straight forward service, no frills or whistles.

Easy ordering, item was £50 cheaper than anywhere else, quick dispatch, delivered by Palletline (Gregory Distribution) within 3 days. Great service, could do with tracking so we could follow updates but a quick chat to a nice man on F.E website tracked order & gave me delivery update.
Will definitely use F.E. again 5☆

Order a jcb wood chipper, the order was promptly processed well packaged and delivered

Sales team were very knowlegeable and called me back promptly with answers. Pump delivered within a few days and was excellent build quality.

Ordering went without a hitch, however, delivery was not so good. It appears that your haulage company is the weak link. No information/feedback from haulier, had to keep ringing F E for update and delivery time/date.

Very easy to order no problem there, but for a delivery date that was another matter. The delivery time said 2-5 days, also would get a phone call when the delivery was going to be, this didn’t happen. I had to ring up to find out when my delivery was going to be, the chap I spoke to was good, he sent me an email saying it would be the following Mon/Tues and a time would be given, to cut a long story short the delivery driver turned up and got me out of bed on Tuesday morning.

Ordered on line,phoned for a delivery date and time received an email and call back and my wood chipper was delivered as promised very good service

I bought a saw that turned out to be 3 Phase electric that I could not use, I was then not well and missed the 14 day returns and they have refused to take the saw back.

Great price and arrived very promptly. Would highly recommend
