Ordered and paid for a chain saw as it was competitively priced and appeared to be quickly available. There was no mention of it not being in stock. Heard nothing further so sent an email after a week and was told the item was not in stock but would arrive early next week and be despatched immediately. Another week went by and so I emailed again and was told that the item was not yet in stock and would take another 10 days and even this wasn't certain.
On checking other sites, there were plenty in stock elsewhere. This was a waste of my time (I did all the chasing) waiting for an item I needed urgently. Do not use this company unless you are willing to wait, as they clearly oversell and don't hold stocks. Buying elsewhere cost a little more but is much more dependable. Farmers refused to refund the difference despite the hassle they caused and the fact that they had held my money.

What a great service, and price will be using them again 100%

The overall service was excellent, the only slight quibble was that when packing the saw & my transformer, the transformed was simply strapped to the top of the saw. This is a very heavy item, and in transit (or upon being placed), it chipped the saw paintwork. Its a small thing, but my lovely orange saw will now soon have a rust spot where the damage was caused. Its a shame for poor packaging to bring the score down.

Excellent price and very fast delivery definitely use again

After a bit of a delay due to being out of stock I received my order. It would have been better if I had been notified that the item was not in stock when the order was placed. I am delighted with the item received

I originally ordered a Stihl FSA57 at the end of July but it wasn’t available so was given a refund. I was told I would receive an email when it became available, thought to be 7/9. Sure enough I was notified on that date, placed my order and received the item within 24hours. Great product at a good price. First rate Customer Service and would definitely recommend.

Recently purchased a Belle Wacker Plate. The price was very competitive, and it was delivered within two days of me placing the order. Most impressed with the service, and will definitely use again in the future.

Ordered a Honda Generator on Monday morning, the 17th August, it arrive by DHL on Tuesday, the 18th August, late afternoon. Excellent service; Karl was most helpful. Highly recommended. (Will review the generator separately, after a few weeks use.)

I bought a Stihl long reach hedgetrimmer extension. It was one of the few places that had one in stock and it was at the lowest price I could find on the web. It took 9 days from order to arrive which was OK but would have given 5 stars if it had arrived a little sooner. Delivered well wrapped. Pleased with product and service. Would definitely buy from Farmers Equipment again.

Recently purchased a Stihl FS50C-E petrol strimmer from this company. Great value and excellent service.
Rang the company first before I placed the order and they were very helpful. Strimmer arrived on time by next day courier. I would definitely use them again.

Firstly: This is a genuine review, they prompted me to do it by supplying the link, no benefit to me for writing it, genuinely.
Based in SW Scotland was a bit hesitant about a supplier I was finding on the internet in Norfolk. Not only that but they were not a listed supplier on the Stihl website.
I phoned, quick answer, an was informed that another group company was the listed Stihl supplier.
I decided to go ahead and everything was good, price delivery, packaging (Stihl's Box)
Good experience, go ahead and trade with them.
