Farmfoods, a Scottish family business, has served Great Britain for over 60 years. From a butcher shop in Aberdeen we have grown to more than 300 stores and four distribution centres nationwide. We work hard to bring you the best value on the food your family enjoys and on the household essentials your family needs. In addition to frozen food we sell groceries, chilled foods, bread, milk, fresh fruit and vegetables along with a range of household items. Across our ranges you will find the brands you know and trust at prices you will love. Our specialism is frozen food and we believe passionately that frozen food is the best solution for most family meals. Our exclusive label chicken, beef, turkey, lamb, pork, fish and vegetables are all as fresh as the day they were frozen and because there is almost zero waste, great value too. We are a family business and our owners work in and lead our business every day. We think, particularly in today’s corporate world, this is a real strength. We are a diverse team of around 4,000 people who share a passion for getting a great job done. Whether they work in a distribution centre, a retail shop or an office, Farmfoods people are trusted to take responsibility for their work and to have control of delivering a great value, simple and friendly operation.

Farm foods Wakefield Lupset. Lot of people I know, myself included will no longer shop here. Out of school hours, the place inside and out is over run by young good for nothings stealing and intimidating customers

Most of the Farmfoods own brand items are expensive unless you buy several at a reduced price. It was my first visit and I bought three bags of frozen flavoured rice. I tried one and threw most of it away as it was so horrible. I bravely tried the next, paella, same again. The third is going straight in the bin. They were such poor quality. I sha'n't go there again.

the staff in my local farmfoods are polite and freindly. shelfs always stocked up how ever the shop is getting mighty expensive now we used to buy the LA diner chicken fillets when it was 3 for £10 now it 3 for £15 so we don't bother no more we go to iceland now as there's still 3 for £10 not as good as farmfood but it will do as can't justify paying that much. farmfood used to be good and affordable not anymore 😕

I recently purchased a King Prawn Penang at Farm Foods, Basingstoke.
The image on the packaging suggested a colourful meal crammed with tasty morsels. The meal I received was an unattractive, unappetizing brown glutinous goo which I promptly served into the waste bin.
All product marketing and advertising in the UK must be legal, decent, truthful, honest and socially responsible. In this instance, the picture presented on the package was misleading and unrepresentative of the product.
I emailed FarmFoods and suggested the revision of marketing practises so that images of a meal accurately shows the product contained in the packaging. I have received no reply.

Well farmfoods as you can see your gorleston store manager James has quite the reputation for being rude and judgemental how you give these people employment is beyond me, Between james and the rude nikki i seriously wouldnt bother with this store, they even have the stiupidity to ask you to leave any shopping bags you enter with to be left at the side? so you obviously dont get accused of theft by nikki lol sad people, i will be in touch james.
1st odeal 08/11/2024 bought two large pizzas too large to fit in basket layed them over my shopping bag was outed as thief had bag searched told by a rude NIKKi it's what they do, contact manager apologises sending voucher as good gesture, vouchers never arrived.Latest 28/02/2025 had bag searched again by a rude NIKKI, contacted gorleston manager JAMES who basically called me a thief, so do not enter the shop with any other bags because although the manager JAMES says it isnt there policy they do indeed search your bags, AVOID at all costs.
As a disabled shopper last year I had a problem with gaining access to the tills as they are always stacked with products meaning very limited room. I spoke with the area manager Sophie Brown who helped with the matter. Shopping got better until today when I had to empty my two shopping bags and leave as could not get served. Called head office and the person I called just kept over talking me, interrupting me and refused to supply her name. The second person I called said his name was James and that he was in charge of customer services and loved talking to me like I was a 3 year-old. SO NICE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS
Farm foods Longton.
Doesn't matter how many times we go there the manager called Naphen is allways willing to put himself out to help us. He's fantastic helpful and always polite a big thankyou from us.
The store is clean well stocked and has a great choice of food, I would fully recommend it
Speke store is amazing staff friendly kind and happy store is always squeaky clean as are all the freezers glasses , shelves , everything's amazing ,I suggested this location for the speke store and was surprised when it opened not long after in the location I suggested so was really chuffed , it's good to see a well stocked clean giant store which really does have everything we shop here regularly to show our support for one of the lesser mentioned stores in UK which should be mentioned more as they are growing and I believe will soon knock Iceland off there prices are low deals are affordable especially kids foods too a good selection ,they have a good s election of cheap drinks and crisps sweets , a very affordable shop for everyone at the prices they list everyone should shop here I certainly will for the foreseeable future , I visited the belle vale store it's huge but you don't get the same happy vibe as the speke store so for now we'll stick to that , way to go speke store you know who I am ! We're always in the store ,best wishes guys .
I was a bit snobby about farm food but went into the store in Speke Liverpool a few months back and was pleasantly surprised.
All the staff there are excellent friendly and helpful. I worked in customer service for many years and the staff at this store are a breath of fresh air.
Now one of my favourite stores
10/10
Quality of their own brand ice-cream.
Total dissapointment.
Ice cream supposed to be creamy.
This product is more like frosen water and lacks flavour.
.
I presented a £2 coupon against a £24.99 bill as I’ve done previously without issue. It was refused because the bill wasn’t for £25.00. When I said I’d not had problems before the person said I’m the manager and you’ve just got someone in trouble. I thought what a nasty bully, a real Jobs worth. This was at Farmfoods Thetford Norfolk.
Bought a 26 year out of date bags off sweets from tem James would only talk if u let them lie too u. If u tell the truth they just hang up on u
What in the fasle advertising, English speakin, hypnotic excitement, bin collecting, couch surfing, bull have i just bought! I am deeply disappointed in the false advertisement of a certain product. A picture shows a whole meal yet im hit with a pastry only! Only reason i found this out is because someone in the pub made it clear. I need pictures, not words (canny reed) so kindly correct your mistake for the visual beings and refund me my £1.99. i am disgusted with this and that money could have been put to better use, like a £2 spoons special pint. Yorkshire puddings with thing put inside on the picture says to me that they are stuffed. Aunt Bessie i would love to speak to you about this because you're lying to me. My mum had to help me write this so please make it right im begging u i need that £1.99 back! I need it for my lecky (which is my pint in spoons)
Really helpful staff at the Bescot, Walsall store. Great customer service and they always serve with a smile. A big thank you to Ibrahim (Shift Supervisor) who sorted out my query so efficiently and quickly. Some really good offers as well e.g. the Chicken Burgers, etc.
My local Farmfoods (Alloa) is o.k. with pleasant staff who always interact with customers which is nice, There pricing however has started to get ridiculous for some items to the point that somethings can be 60p more expensive than the likes of Asda, Tesco etc. Now yes everywhere is different and it's up to the customer to shop around but why is the dates on Farmfoods stuff so short ? There like the Wetherspoons of the supermarket buying short life items to try and make maximum profit. Also you gotta love when they sell paddle boards in a county that has zero facilities to use them. More idiots consumed by greed.
Used to shop in this store a few years ago in Musselburgh . But gave up shopping there because the staff were unfriendly...A bit heavy handed and tough . Now I went in last week sn managed to get a chap called John to help me ...he gave me some great advice and was really knowledgeable about all the products and the bargains. He was so good with me .I've always loved the choices that Farmfoods has ... and with shop assistants like John you can't go wrong .... a breathe of fresh air ....Thankyou John.
Went to Farmfoods peterlee never again the staff were rude unpleasant especially on the checkout the cashier made no eye contact not one word passed her lips not a good experience at all if this is the standard of Farmfoods won’t be using that store ever again would advise to steer clear
