Farmfoods, a Scottish family business, has served Great Britain for over 60 years. From a butcher shop in Aberdeen we have grown to more than 300 stores and four distribution centres nationwide. We work hard to bring you the best value on the food your family enjoys and on the household essentials your family needs. In addition to frozen food we sell groceries, chilled foods, bread, milk, fresh fruit and vegetables along with a range of household items. Across our ranges you will find the brands you know and trust at prices you will love. Our specialism is frozen food and we believe passionately that frozen food is the best solution for most family meals. Our exclusive label chicken, beef, turkey, lamb, pork, fish and vegetables are all as fresh as the day they were frozen and because there is almost zero waste, great value too. We are a family business and our owners work in and lead our business every day. We think, particularly in today’s corporate world, this is a real strength. We are a diverse team of around 4,000 people who share a passion for getting a great job done. Whether they work in a distribution centre, a retail shop or an office, Farmfoods people are trusted to take responsibility for their work and to have control of delivering a great value, simple and friendly operation.

Love shopping at Weston-s-Mare store.
Find most items I want, at great prices. Much cheaper than the supermarkets for most items I purchase!

came to farmfoods seafield this afternoon, had to bring my tantrum son out of a door to buy naan bread for our saturday curry night . the naan bread was mouldy, dinner ruined 🤬! and be careful, because your car might get smashed in the carpark by hooligans like i saw today. was also a cold environment as there was no music or noise at all, except the whirling fridges! but we did speak to a lovely lady to help us out ☺️
by the way, the picture of the naan bread is in my profile picture as i was unable to add it here ☹️

Bought the 2 for £2 MILK last Thursday and it’s only Monday today and both bottles are sour. What a waste of money. I’m so angry…..Never again.

Went today, along with my mother. 2 lots of shopping. Mine, and hers. Had the voucher regards £xx off a £xx shop. My mother happened to use the wrong voucher against the wrong shop (mine and hers being seperate). To over £120 in total. To be told "tough, not our problem" pretty much. Basically refused to help. Got the receipts if needed. Wonder if Farmfoods will do the right thing? We'll see, eh?

I always bought the 600g smoked bacon pack @ 2 for £5...this was greart until the number of rashers in each pack began to increase; making each rasher thinner and thinner... it is now at 18 per 600g pack... so they break-up when getting them separated and disintegrate on the frying pan... this is rediculous when they used to be normal!!! My choice is the unsmoked which is not so nice. WHY WHY WHY do you have to change the things that are doing fine??? More profit?... less customers! I'm trying not to be picky here but breakfast is 'sacred'.....

I'm a regular shopper at farmfoods do my shopping as they have halal products. Today I noticed that they had pork products in with halal products. That's absolutely insult to Muslims who purchase halal products. Farmfoods you should be ashamed of yourself. I have taken photos of what was in the freezer. I might have to put it on social media to warn others.

I live a 5 minute walk from farmfoods in coatbridge and have been shopping there with my family from I was young and after yesterday I am nervous to go back into the shop and it's terrible because I shop there almost every day. Yesterday I had a awkward embarrassing experience with a member of staff who took a long time to get to the till whilst at least 20 customers where waiting to be served then bieng served took a while too but I was not in a hurry anyway then when I was bieng served I payed by card and I stood for 5 mins waiting for my receipt the member of staff said to me "this till doesn't want to work and I don't either" the lady then asked me to pay with my card again but I had already payed and the card machine said authorised with a green light on it so just to make sure I wasn't paying for it twice I checked my bank app on my phone and the money had been taken the first time as I thought so I showed the staff member but I was rudely challenged and told by the lady "if you can't pay it I will pay it" and then she decided to move all the customers and all the shopping that was on the conveyor belt to another till, I was embarrassed and a lot of other customers live near me. So I kindly asked if I could speak to a manager to resolve the problem, she said that she was the manager and she shouted again "I will just pay it". So I left embarrassed and wondering why I was being treated in this way something is far wrong I can't believe that was the manager and I was still being accused of not paying even though I had the proof on my phone and showed it to her. She never gave me my receipt and now I feel as if I can't shop there anymore if that is the manager and the other customers also shop there regularly. I used to love that shop it's sad

My recent visit to Farmfoods in Milton Keynes was very impressive. I normally shop at Aldi but I have to say, I think I will make the switch. They have all branded items at really competitive prices and the staff were lovely. Yes, it's a no frills store, yes, they don't have a massive selection, however, to have branded items at a cheaper price - I'm in!

Had to queue for over 10 minutes, as only one check out open There were.8 or 9 people in queue behind us. also waiting. Prices may be slightly cheaper but the customer service is zilch and last time we will use this awful company.

I recently visited Farmfoods after seeing promotions on YouTube that advertised great deals, so I went in with high expectations and even took a large trolley, thinking I’d be stocking up. However, the experience was nothing like what was advertised.
The store was shockingly small, cluttered, and poorly laid out—it felt more like a disorganized warehouse than a retail space. Shelves were half-empty, and the stock levels were extremely low. It honestly looked like the store was preparing to shut down. I ended up buying only a few items, feeling very let down.
To make matters worse, after placing my items on the checkout counter, a staff member came around and began inspecting my trolley in a way that felt rude and accusatory. It was an uncomfortable and disrespectful encounter that left a very bad impression. If this is the kind of customer service they condone, it reflects poorly on the entire company.
This was my first time at Farmfoods—and without a doubt, it will be my last. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There are far better shopping experiences elsewhere.
