I highly recommend Farnborough Pest Control. Gareth is very knowledgeable and professional, as well as being very pleasant and reassuring when we discovered rats in a church cupboard. He found the remote entry points the rats were using into the building, and the problem was solved in three visits. No more 'church mouse'!

Gareth came round to help my elderly parents who had a rodent issue. He was very patient and took the time to make sure that they were comfortable with what he planned to do. The rodents were gone within 3 visits.

I have had repeat incursions of rats into my loft which previous specialists have cleared with poison but failed to identify an access route. Gareth advised that the route was almost certainly through a break in a sewer pipe and thence into the loft via the cavity wall. A subsequent camera survey identified a significant break in my kitchen waste pipe which I am having repaired. Many thanks to Gareth for removing the current unwelcome visitors and hopefully providing the longterm solution which previous specialists failed to do.

We had a rat problem for about a month and couldn't seem to sort it with other specialists so turned to Gareth. He was very professional and identified the problem straight away. He was very thorough and sorted out the problem and said he wouldn't leave us until he sorted the problem which he did. Definitely Recommend.

Gareth sorted out an unfortunate situation for us, as we had not mice but rats in our loft!
He visited 3 times, sent a report each time, detailing what work he had carried out, and was clear about what to expect at each stage.
He was even sympathetic with our discomfort about the process, and managed to reassure me that any suffering would be kept to an absolute minimum, and any toxins would not cause harm in the environment and local food chain.

Gareth gave a great service when I asked him to help with my 'rat problem'. He was friendly, professional and efficient. A lovely balance of taking control of the problem while, at the same time, keeping me informed and letting me know what the options were and making himself available should I be worried about anything during the process of eliminating the unwanted visitors. Contacted Farnborough Pest control and Gareth came out within 2 days. Very professional and knowledgeable about how to treat the rat problem we had … very helpful and prepared to share his knowledge… hopefully we have solved the problem but won’t hesitate to call them back in the future…

After spotting some bedbugs one night and then trying various methods ourselves to remove them and although I managed to get the numbers down failed to remove them completely. We called Farnborough Pest Control and immediately felt at ease when talking to Gareth. His extensive knowledge and experience was enough to reassure us about using his services. As the house needed to be empty for a number of hours after he came one morning to help us achieve this. He sent us a cheat sheet to help with being as thorough as possible during his time tackling these unwanted house guests. We would highly recommend Gareth’s services and God forbid we ever have anything else not welcome in our house then we will be straight on the phone for Gareth to come out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.

Could not have asked for a more professional and courteous service. Gareth was absolutely brilliant, nothing rushed and sorted out our pest problem very quickly and with no disruption. Price for the service was excellent value for money as well.

Rats had got into my mother's property. Gareth did a thorough survey and found the likely entry points, set bait, and then monitored at agreed dates. We now no longer have any rats. Gareth is great to deal with, prompt, efficient and good value.

Absolutely couldn't fault the service we recieved from Gareth. Having used this company on two occasions (mice & wasps) we were so impressed by the advice and way things were dealt with so quickly. Wasp nest gone and mice in our eaves rapidly got rid of after months of battling the problem ourselves.

Pleased to say that Gareth was very thorough in his work. Very friendly guy who was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Hopefully I won’t need to see him again but if I did I would have no hesitation in choosing him again. Definitely recommend him.

The service provided by Gareth has been brilliant, starting from when I first called him about the possibility of mice and wasps in the loft. He initially visited within a couple of hours of my call, identified potential problems and methods of managing these. He has visited a further two times which we arranged at the first visit to check on progress; on every visit he has been punctual and extremely easy to talk to which has been very helpful. I received a report after each visit. Today, on his last visit, he removed a very large dead wasps nest which is a great relief. Gareth is a very nice chap - polite, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, offers advice and very understanding of concerns - I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I choose to use Farnborough Pest Control after reading through the reviews on Trust Pilot and I couldn't agree more with all the 5 Star reviews that Gareth has recieved. What an absolute pleasure it was to meet him and use his pest control services. Living close to a woodlands I had a problem with both mice and squirrels in the loft, Gareth assessed the situation and discussed a plan of action with me, and within 3 visits the problem was solved. I cannot rate Gareths work highly enough. Gareth is incredibly punctual, extremely personable, and knows his profession inside out and I have no hesitation in recommending in services whatsoever.

Gareth did an excellent job. He examined the site and very quickly identified the areas of concern and the methods by which the rats gained entry.
He explained his solution and gave me a fixed price to which he adhered.
