Excellent service at a reasonable price. Gareth is very professional & knowledgeable. Also he is prompt, easy to communcate with, reliable, trustworthy. This time he solved a significant infestation by rats. Highly recommended & will use again.

Gareth provided a brilliant effective service, coming round on the same day that we contacted him, having heard noises in our loft space. He provided a discrete and thorough inspection of the whole loft space and other parts of the property and ensured the problem 4 legged visitors in the loft were soon to be “no more”. He visited twice more to check traps etc and ensured the problem has gone away. I would definitely recommend his service.

It can often be difficult contacting a tradesperson without a recommendation. So I'm so glad that I contacted this company as Gareth provided an excellent service throughout. He advised what would be involved when I first called him, and of the cost. He is very knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition to attending my property, he attended the flat above to check if there was a rat problem there also. He did not charge for this.

I called them on a Sunday afternoon, they answered the call and sorted the wasp nest less than 24 hours later. Impeccable service with a guarantee that if the treatment didn't work within 4 days they would return and give a free treatment. So impressed and will definitely use again in the future.

Gareth was asked to deal with a wasps nest in the brickwork which he did quickly and efficiently. He pointed out that all his work is guaranteed, which was fortuitous as the nest needed further treatment.
Gareth came promptly and found another entry point in the brickwork which required treatment.
