Farnham Cycles 

I'd struggled to find the chain ring I needed to replace my broken one. Not only did Farnham cycles have the part I needed, but a very helpful chap at the shop gave me helpful advice before I placed the order online. Delivery speed was good, considering it was free and there was a bank holiday in the middle. Price was cheapest as well. Will definitely buy from again.

Prices that compare to the bigger online stores but customer service that is far better.

This site is great, has lots of hard to find parts, and like all good sites should have a live stock count! so you know you will get what you order! I ordered a 105 crank arm, said on the site 1-2 days availability, on 2nd day after ordering was sent out, received it the next day. perfect service

These guys were great I had a few problems with another website (not mentioning any names) but these guys stepped in and saved the day thanks Farnham cycles!!!!

Order was wrong. They corrected very quickly, with a no of 'phone call and good comms overall.

V quick turnaround from order. However, item arrived in mangled packaging. Unsure whether fault of vendor or courier. Fortunately hardy item and of no consequence.

Didn't have the bottom bracket in stock that I ordered along with £100 of other parts. I was given the option of cancelling the bottom bracket which I did and they cancelled the whole order an email that was bording on rude.

Ordered replacement indicator lens for Shimano 2300's. Product arrived within a couple of days and exactly as described.
